VICTORIA BECKHAM has expanded her fashion empire to include a budget-friendly clothing line.
Impending motherhood hasn’t slowed the former Spice Girls star-turned-designer down - she’s launching Victoria by Victoria Beckham, an affordable, feminine dress range.
She tells Women’s Wear Daily, "Where I am currently, I like a more modern attitude. Also, it means that I’m opening these designs to women and girls of all different shapes and sizes." Items for the new collection were inspired by cartoon character Emily the Strange.
Pieces retail from $550 (GBP343.75) to $900 (GBP562.50).
The former pop star is due to give birth to a baby girl, her fourth child with soccer stud David Beckham, early next month (Jul11).

AMY WINEHOUSE has become the latest celebrity to fall victim to cyber criminals - the star’s website has been infiltrated by a pack of pranksters.
A group called SwagSec hacked into the singer’s official website on Thursday (30Jun11) and posted a long expletive-filled message, calling Winehouse the "white devil".
At the time WENN went to press the Rehab hitmaker had yet to clear up the security blunder and regain control of the page.

NAOMI CAMPBELL, singer RENEE FLEMING and designer KARL LAGERFELD will be among the celebrities attending 2011’s second big royal wedding this weekend (01-02Jul11) when PRINCE ALBERT of Monaco exchanges vows with South African sportswoman CHARLENE WITTSTOCK.
Roberto Cavalli and Giorgio Armani, who has designed the bride’s wedding gown, will also be present when the couple ties the knot in the principality.
Friday’s civil ceremony will be followed by a religious ceremony on Saturday in Monaco’s royal palace.
The wedding will be the first for a reigning prince in Monaco since Albert’s late parents, Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier, wed in 1956.

A second fashion photographer is suing RIHANNA and her S&M video director over images used in the racy promo.
David LaChappelle filed suit against the singer and Melina Matsoukas back in February (11), claiming his work for Vogue Italia had been ripped off in the music video, and now German photographer Philip Paulus alleges one shot, which features the R&B star pressed up against a see-through wall marked with black X’s, is a copy of one of his most famous images.
Rihanna’s defence team has already countered LaChappelle’s complaint.

PAUL WELLER and British band MADNESS have teamed up to design a batch of unique T-shirts to benefit teenagers living with cancer.
The stars will create one top each to be sold though online designer outlet MandMDirect.com, with 100 per cent of the profits going to support the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Steve Robinson, the clothing store’s CEO, says, "We are delighted to continue our support for Teenage Cancer Trust and these T-shirts are just another fantastic way of doing so." The organisation helps make hospital environments more cosy for sick teens by building social areas complete with pool tables, computers, sofas and TVs.

Rocker STEVEN TYLER’s grandson is obsessed with QUEEN.
The Aerosmith star’s actress daughter, Liv Tyler, can’t believe her son Milo is so into the music of Freddie Mercury and Brian May.
She says, "He knows, like, every single word to every Queen song. He’ll sit in the back of the car and he mouths along with a real passion.
"He knows every word to Bohemian Rhapsody, to the point that the other night I woke him up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, just in case, and he sat upright in bed and said, ‘Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me…’ and then he, like, laid back down and went back to sleep." Rapper MISSY ELLIOT begged her father not to kill her mum when he drew a gun on his wife during a fight and threatened to murder her.
The Work It hitmaker was 14 when years of domestic abuse escalated into a terrifying row - and her dad decided he’d had enough of the arguments with his wife.
In a Behind The Music expose, which aired on TV in America on Wednesday (29Jun11), Elliot’s mum Patricia recalls, "Missy saw that the fight was just beyond measures (sic). My husband said, ‘This is it, I’m gonna kill you. It’s over!’ "I was so tired of being beaten over and over I just said, ‘Fine, just do it’." The rapper picks up the story: "He pulled the gun out in front of me. I was screaming, ‘Daddy, please don’t kill my mother…’" Elliot ran to her uncle’s house nearby and pleaded with him to stop her father from doing something awful.
Patricia adds, "By the time my brother came in, we were wrestling with the gun and my brother got the gun away from him." Missy says, "It was the most scariest time in my life." The fight ended the relationship and Patty left her husband.

One-time child star EDITH FELLOWS has died, aged 88.
The actress became the star of her own drama in the 1930s when she fought a custody battle with her own mother, who abandoned her as an infant.
She made her movie debut in 1929’s Movie Night. By the time she became a teenager, she had appeared in more than 30 films, including The Rider of Death Valley and Mrs. Wiggs of the Cabbage Patch, alongside legendary funnyman W.C. Fields, and Pennies From Heaven with Bing Crosby.
Fellows died of natural causes at the Motion Picture & Television Fund’s retirement home in Woodland Hills, California on Sunday (26Jun11), according to the Los Angeles Times.

The original GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO is to team up with her real-life husband for a new biopic about Swedish stars ANITA LINDBLOM and BOSSE HOGBERG.
Actress Noomi Rapace, who played Lisbeth Salander in the movie adaptations of writer Stieg Larsson’s bestselling Millennium trilogy, will play singer Lindblom opposite Ola Rapace, who will portray boxer Hogberg in Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke’s new movie.
Lindblom and Hogberg became Sweden’s top couple in the 1960s after Scandinavian tabloids hyped up their romance.

The new TRANSFORMERS film has set the North American box office on fire after landing the biggest single-day ticket sales of the year.
The blockbuster sequel, which stars Shia LaBeouf and British model/actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, hit cinemas at midnight on Tuesday (28Jun11) and went on to shift a staggering $37.3 million (GBP23.3 million) worth of tickets in the U.S. and Canada alone in its first 24 hours.

Wrestler RANDY SAVAGE’s bad heart caused him to crash his car and die, according to a medical examiner’s report.
The fighter, dubbed Macho Man, died after losing control of his car in Tampa, Florida in May (11) and smashing it into a tree.
Reports suggested he suffered a heart attack behind the wheel - and this has now been confirmed by the Pinellas County Medical Examiner.
Savage, real name Randall Mario Poffo, was 58 when he died.
His wife Lynn, who was a passenger in the car, escaped with minor injuries.

DENISE RICHARDS has become a mum for the third time - the former Bond girl has adopted another daughter.
The actress is already mum to Sami, seven, and Lola, five, from her marriage to Charlie Sheen, and now she’s added a new female addition to her brood, little Eloise Joni.
The star’s rep tells People.com, "Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise’s mom (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise. Denise and Eloise’s big sisters couldn’t be happier and feel incredibly blessed." Richards’ mum Joni passed away in 2007 after a battle with cancer. The beauty, 40, was married to troubled Sheen from 2002 to 2006.

Pop superstar MADONNA has announced big plans to open an orphanage in Malawi.
The singer, who has adopted two children from the impoverished African nation, has turned her attention to helping other needy kids - and she hopes her efforts will make it easier for them to find new homes too.
During new TV documentary series American Revolutionaries: The Hitmakers, which is set to air in the U.S. next week (07Jul11), she says, "My short term goals are to build an orphan care centre that will service and reach at least 1,000 children, and I’m also actively involved in funding several orphanages that already exist." This marks the Vogue hitmaker’s latest attempt to give back to the country - earlier this month (Jun11) the star was forced to abandon her plans to a build a girls school amid allegations of financial mismanagement.

Soulful JILL SCOTT has scored her first number one on the U.S. album chart after debuting THE LIGHT OF THE SUN at the top of the Billboard 200 on Wednesday (29Jun11).
Scott’s fourth album sold 135,000 copies in its first week on release, 30,000 more than Bon Iver’s eponymous new release, which debuts at number two on the countdown.

Republican presidential candidate MICHELE BACHMANN is ignoring rocker TOM PETTY’s plea for her to drop his AMERICAN GIRL hit as her rally anthem.
The singer/songwriter’s management team sent Bachmann’s campaign bosses a cease and desist letter earlier this week (beg27Jun11) after the congresswoman played the track at a rally in Iowa, where she officially announced her plans to run against President Barack Obama in 2012.
But it appears Bachmann is defying Petty’s request; American Girl was played at a campaign stop in South Carolina on Tuesday (28Jun11) - but just 30 seconds of the song.
The music was then switched to Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves.

BLINK 182 drummer TRAVIS BARKER is repairing tattoos damaged by scar tissue during a fiery 2008 plane crash that claimed the lives of two of his friends.
Barker was flying out of South Carolina after a gig with DJ AM and two pals when the small plane they were passengers on failed to clear the runway and burst into flames.
The rocker and his late sidekick managed to escape the inferno, but the drummer suffered severe second and third degree burns, which destroyed some of his body art.
But now the star is going under the needle again to fix his beloved ink.
Returning from a tattoo parlour in Los Angeles on Tuesday (28Jun11), he tells TMZ.com, "I started finishing some of the tattoos that got burned off."

GARY BUSEY’s actor son JAKE BUSEY has checked out of rehab after completing a three-week treatment in a bid to kick his alcohol issues.
The 40-year-old The Frighteners star checked himself into a treatment centre in May (11) and now he’s out and celebrating 42 days sober.
He tells TMZ.com, "The doctors told me I would die if I drank again… I figure if my dad could do it, if Charlie (Sheen) could do it… I could do it. Hell yeah, it feels good!"
