The Gin and Juice hitmaker admits he and the superstar athlete are such close pals, he relies on hip-hop fan Beckham’s opinions to judge the standard of his new material.
Snoop Dogg tells BBC Radio 1, "When I make my records, he’s one of the first people I send the record to before it’s done, even before the label gets it.
"He’s a great father, a great husband and a great friend, I love our friendship and some people in life just come together for some odd reason. Me (sic) and him came together on one night and we just became friends and we’ve just been friends ever since."

Hollywood actor TOM HANKS has lost a decade-long legal battle against an Idaho construction company he accused of "shoddy" workmanship.
The Cast Away star and his wife Rita Wilson hired contractors at Storey Construction to build their Sun Valley villa in 2000, but took legal action against the firm after discovering faults in their work, including a leaky roof which nearly collapsed following the home’s completion in 2002.
The two parties have been going back and forth through arbitration and tribunal hearings, and Hanks and Wilson took their case for $3 million (£1.88 million) in damages to officials at the Blaine County District Court in Idaho.
But members of the American Arbitration Association rejected their bid for compensation on Saturday (21May11).
The movie star couple was dealt a further blow after its was ordered to pay all legal costs for Storey Construction.

TOM CRUISE and NICOLE KIDMAN’s son CONNOR is building on his entertainment portfolio - he’s launching himself as a DJ.
The 16 year old followed his famous parents into Hollywood in 2008 when he made his acting debut in Seven Pounds and he recently completed work on his second film, Red Dawn.
But now Connor is focusing on a career in music and has formed his own business, CZ Entertainment, with his friend Jake Isham, 20.
Performing under the name DJ C-Squared, the teen showed off his skills on the decks at the Artists Against Drugs event in Los Angeles on Saturday (21May11) and quickly won over the crowd.
A source tells People magazine, "(He was) fun, friendly, and played all the hits. He did a great job!"

Country star TAYLOR SWIFT will dazzle fans attending her summer (11) tour with a Cirque du Soleil-inspired stage show.
The Love Story hitmaker has modelled her Speak Now concerts on the famous Canadian circus troupe and will entertain attendees with aerialists, dancers and rainbow-coloured glow sticks.
She tells People magazine, "It’s very theatrical. (It’s) all about portraying songs like I see them in my head. With all the pyro and lighting I’ve always wanted on tour, it’s like a dream come true." Swift kicks off the North American leg of her trek on Friday (27May11) in Omaha, Nebraska.

Former PARAMORE rockers JOSH and ZAC FARRO are searching for a singer to front their new band after realising the guitarist’s vocals were "not good enough".
The Farro brothers quit Paramore in December (10) and went on to form their own group, Novel American, with singer Van Beasley.
But their launch plans suffered a setback recently when Beasley parted ways with the duo, and, after deciding Josh Farro wasn’t suited for the role, they are now looking for a vocalist to bring their tunes to life.
In a post on his Twitter.com page, Josh Farro writes, "Guys, Josh’s voice is not good enough for Novel American. Therefore we are searching for someone else. Sorry for the delay."

LADY GAGA is calling on filmmaker ROBERT RODRIGUEZ to make a sequel to action thriller MACHETE because the pop superstar is desperate to score the next movie.
The Paparazzi hitmaker is eager to start making soundtracks for films - and watching the 2010 release made her realise her songs would be the "perfect" accompaniment to the director’s work.
Speaking on BET’s 106 & Park show on Wednesday (25May11), she says, "I think I’d love to do a film score with Robert Rodriguez. When I saw the movie Machete, and you know the song Americano on the album (Born This Way)? I thought, ‘Why the heck did I not send him this record?’ It would have been perfect. I think he should just make another sequel."

British pop star CHERYL COLE has been dropped as a judge on the U.S. version of SIMON COWELL’s THE X FACTOR and replaced by NICOLE SCHERZINGER, according to a new report.
Cole was due to appear on the Stateside launch of the show with fellow judges Antonio ‘L.A.’ Reid, Paula Abdul and Cowell, but TMZ.com now claims the British beauty is no longer part of the talent show line-up.
The website reports that producers feared Cole’s English accent would be too difficult for American audiences to understand.
It is believed former Pussycat Doll Scherzinger, who was set to co-host the programme, will now step in to fill the void.
Welsh TV personality Steve Jones is still expected to present the show, which will debut in America later this year (11).
Auditions for The X Factor kicked off in Los Angeles earlier this month (May11).

Scottish actor EWAN MCGREGOR left a messy mark in his pilot brother Colin’s Royal Air Force fighter plane after throwing up during a special flight.
The Star Wars star was recently treated to a thrilling tour of the skies aboard his older sibling’s Tornado GR4, but McGregor reveals Colin didn’t exactly take it easy on him.
He says, "My brother was really giving it (showing off). For the first 20 minutes (we were flying very fast and very low) and then he came back up and levelled off and at that point I just went white and just started to sweat. I really didn’t want to be sick because it’s embarrassing. I tried really hard not to, (but) I threw up."

Actors JAMES MCAVOY and MICHAEL FASSBENDER are breathing a sigh of relief after giving their approval to the final cut of their new movie X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, because they feared it would turn out "really bad".
The Last King of Scotland star portrays Professor Charles Xavier in the prequel, while Fassbender plays mutant superhero Magneto alongside a cast which includes Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Kevin Bacon and January Jones.
But McAvoy and Fassbender admit they were "worried" about how the movie would come together on the big screen, because comic book adaptations are usually either big hits or big misses.
McAvoy tells WENN, "I phoned Michael within a half hour (of seeing it) saying, ‘Dude, you’ve got to see this movie really quick because you’re gonna be relieved. You’re gonna be able to go to the toilet again properly.’ "We were worried man because sometimes these things are a nightmare to make and it’s well documented so there’s no point in hiding out but it turned out really good. I think we always thought it could either be really different and really brilliant or really bad and really different." And their co-star Bacon, who plays Sebastian Shaw, a mutant with kinetic energy powers, was equally blown away by director Matthew Vaughn’s finished work.
He says, "I was completely knocked out and many people who I contacted said, ‘I don’t think I’ve ever heard you react to one of your movies like that.’ It was also super cool for me because there’s so much that I’m not in that I wasn’t really seeing it being shot. I didn’t see all the sets so a lot of the stuff I was seeing for the first time and the effects are jaw dropping. I had no idea what my own power was gonna look like so I was thrilled."

MELANIE BROWN has fallen victim to a Twitter faker who was posing as her former SPICE GIRLS bandmate GERI HALLIWELL.
The British singer replied to posts from a user claiming to be her friend, under the username GeriHalliwell1, and even got excited when the prankster suggested heading out on another Spice Girls tour.
Brown replied, "Whoop whoop hands up for another spice tour!!!!! Count me in… Hope the other girls say yes, to Spice touring again, to perform Spice songs again would be amazing, Spice fans here we come, fingers crossed." A British journalist later exposed the user as a fake and the account was suspended, while Brown responded to the news by writing, "Ahhhh shoot… I nearly had my leopard print catsuit on!"

NATASHA BEDINGFIELD’s tour of Germany has been disrupted due to a volcanic ash cloud which has grounded flights across Europe.
The British singer is currently performing shows in the country and was due to fly from the southern town of Munich to Berlin on Wednesday (25May11). But ash from a volcanic eruption in Iceland has caused major disruption to flights in the country and Bedingfield has been forced to drive across the nation to ensure she makes it to the capital in time for the gig.
In a post on Twitter.com she writes, "Mr ash cloud why you so grumpy! Now I have to drive five hours to get to Berlin tonight. Now u (sic) made me grumpy." The volcanic eruption comes a year after a similar incident in Iceland led to closure of airspace across Europe and weeks of travel chaos.

BRAD PITT has a close family connection to the tornado-devastated city of Joplin, Missouri - his grandparents hail from the area and he was a regular visitor there throughout his childhood.
The actor grew up in Springfield, Missouri and has happy memories of trips to see his grandparents in Joplin while he was growing up.
Pitt has been shocked by the images of destruction after Sunday’s (22May11) massive twister, which ripped through the city and claimed the lives of more than 120 people, and the star has now reached out to residents.
He tells the Associated Press, "I spent a lot of time in Joplin. My grandparents are from there. It’s about 50, 60 miles from where I grew up… My thoughts are certainly with them. Of course, a lot will be coming out in the next day, next few days and they have a big mountain ahead of them. I wish them the best."

Irish rockers U2 marked BOB DYLAN’s birthday by paying tribute to the music legend at their gig in Utah on the day he turned 70.
The folk-rocker reached the milestone on Tuesday (24May11) and Bono’s band honoured the veteran star during their concert at the Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The band played a rarely performed track from their 1998 album Rattle And Hum called Love Rescue Me, which was co-written by Dylan, and afterwards frontman Bono led the crowd in wishing many happy returns to the singer/songwriter.
Later in the show Bono also changed the words of the band’s hit Where The Streets Have No Name to include extracts from some of Dylan’s most famous tracks, including Times They Are A-Changin’ and Blowin’ In The Wind.

Rapper SNOOP DOGG reached out to troubled British singer AMY WINEHOUSE at the height of her personal problems as he felt compelled to help her turn her life around.
The Back To Black hitmaker spent several years grappling with a crippling drug addiction, and her troubles were fuelled by health woes and a divorce from husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
She finally kicked her bad habits by spending an extended vacation in the Caribbean and is now said to be plotting a musical comeback.
Snoop Dogg was rumoured to have been planning a collaboration with Winehouse back in 2009 and he has now revealed the studio sessions never happened due to her ongoing issues - but he attempted to help her sort out her problems.
He tells Britain’s BBc Radio 1, "When she was down and out I tried to lift her up. When she was going through that little phase I was trying to be a friend… (I said to her) ‘Come to the studio with me and I’ll get your spirit back right and get you back in the right mode and the right mentality’… It (the studio sessions) didn’t happen but she did get her life back right. It was just concern, knowing that if I helped get her in the studio I could get a private moment with her and let her know she’s got some real friends."

LINDSAY LOHAN turned to former drug addict COURTNEY LOVE for advice at the height of her legal problems.
The Mean Girls star has been in and out of rehab and jail over the last few years as she battled addiction issues, and is preparing to head back to prison next month (Jun11) for violating her probation from a 2007 DUI charge.
Love, who has struggled with drug issues in the past, reveals the actress called her after one of her arrests and the rocker handed out some stern words to the troubled star.
She tells TheFix.com, "Lindsay Lohan called me after she was arrested. The judge presiding over her case was the same judge who presided over mine. He was a very sweet man. I think he was an ex-alcoholic himself. I told Lindsay to just get it together and trust the judge, and Lindsay’s father called me for advice every day. I’m not even that friendly with these girls. What am I, a junkie Auntie Mame?"

Actor ARMIE HAMMER has described his onscreen kiss with LEONARDO DiCAPRIO, insisting the same-sex smooch "wasn�t that weird".
DiCaprio plays the title role in Clint Eastwood’s upcoming movie J. Edgar, about controversial Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) boss John Edgar Hoover.
The Social Network star appears opposite DiCaprio as lawyer-turned-FBI agent Clyde Tolson, the man rumoured to be Hoover’s lover, and he has revealed the actors locked lips in a kissing scene.

JUSTIN BIEBER is set to send his teenage fans into a spin with the advert for his new fragrance as he is seen cavorting with a beautiful blonde.
The pop star is launching a perfume for his female followers and he has now released a commercial for the scent, titled Someday.
Bieber is seen appearing in a fan’s bedroom and kissing her neck as she spritzes herself with the fragrance.
The pair is then transported to the skies above and they cavort in the heavens before Bieber brings the girl back down to Earth.
Someday, which also boasts body lotions and hair mist in the range, hits shelves in June (11).
