WHITE FILMS VIDEO FOR OVER-50S

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:21 pm

Veteran actress BETTY WHITE has filmed a video encouraging over-50s to join a retirement group so they can "make the most" of life.
The Golden Girls star, 89, wants more older people to sign up to the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), a non-profit social welfare organisation aimed at Americans over the age of 50.
White is the new face of the group and in the advert she is seen telling viewers not to dread ageing and to "get over it".
She says of her new role, "The message is, you can’t get rid of me. I think it’s your mental attitude. So many of us start dreading age in high school and that’s a waste of a lovely life. ‘Oh… I’m 30, oh, I’m 40, oh, 50.’ Make the most of it."
