PRODUCER REMOVES SAUCY KARDASHIAN SNAP FROM ALBUM COVER
Hip-hop producer TERRACE MARTIN has removed a photo of KIM KARDASHIAN’s breasts from his album cover after the TV star complained about the unauthorised use of the saucy snap.
The brunette beauty stripped off to pose for the cover of November’s (10) W magazine and was fuming to discover the image had been used on the front of Terrace Martin & Devi Dev Present: The Sex EP.
Her lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to Martin and his collaborator Devi Dev in March (11), stating, "We cannot imagine why you thought you had the right to use this photograph without permission." The picture has now been removed and Devi Dev, real name Devon Anjelica, has spoken out about the mix-up.
She tells TMZ.com, "We didn’t even know they were her boobies because obviously I don’t recognise her by her nipples."
