KANYE WEST’s stunning ex-girlfriend AMBER ROSE has landed the front cover and a 28-page spread of sensational photos and chat in the new issue of King magazine.

She tells the publication, "I just got them done. I’m really comfortable with my body. I probably should be from Europe, because I can show somebody my nipple ring and it’s not a big deal to me.
"I’m not showing you in a sexual way or anything like that." And she admits the new piercings are a real turn on: "Every time my shirt rubs against it, it’s a really good feeling… I have great big, natural boobs."

MOORE JOINS CIRCUS ELEPHANT FIGHT

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 11:15 pm

DEMI MOORE has launched a bid to protect circus elephants travelling through Georgia, urging politicians to enforce laws that prevent handlers from using bullhooks.
The Fulton County Board of Commissioners will vote on a proposal that would protect visiting elephants on Wednesday (01Jun11) - and Moore is keen to help them make the right choice.
Bullhooks are already banned in the county at zoos and wildlife areas, but the laws do not extend to circuses.
The actress writes, "Today, elephant sanctuaries and most zoos - including Zoo Atlanta - never use bullhooks or other weapon-like tools to punish elephants. I hope you will extend that inherent decency to elephants used in circuses… The elephants deserve our kindness, respect, and protection." Moore’s letter is part of an extensive PETA campaign to outlaw cruelty to circus animals.
A spokeswoman for the animal rights organisation writes, "Elephants are beaten with bullhooks - heavy rods with a sharp metal hook and spike on one end - in order to force them to perform difficult tricks that are painful and meaningless to them. A proposed ordinance to ban bullhooks was introduced last year but was defeated by just one vote."

WINSLET STRIPS FOR NEW TESTINO EXHIBIT

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 11:15 pm

TITANIC beauty KATE WINSLET has stripped off for the cameras once again as part of iconic photographer MARIO TESTINO’s new exhibition in Rome, Italy.
The actress, who honoured her close pal with a lifetime achievement award in New York last week (26May11), is no stranger to posing nude for movies and photoshoots and admits she couldn’t say no to Testino when he approached her to feature in upcoming art show, Todo o Nada.
She says, "You know that his biggest strength without fail is making women look beautiful. When Mario turns to you and says, ‘It’s beautiful, but I think it would work better naked, no?’ How can one refuse? "No matter what insecurities about oneself a subject may have, Mario makes them go away like a magician. One moment you are in the hair and make-up chair fully clothed and wishing you had smoother skin, longer legs and smaller feet and then Mario comes in and, in that charming way, he takes you by the hand and says, ‘Don’t worry it’s going to be amazing.’" And Testino is convinced he’s able to win over his female subjects because they trust him to make the images look tasteful.
He adds, "I said to her, ‘I want you to pose nude for this exhibition.’ And she was like, ‘Oh, OK, Mario.’ She said yes right away. Most of them (celebrity friends), I think, trust me. I would never let them down." Todo o Nada opens in Rome in July (11).

Pop star KATY PERRY feels like "a toddler" when she wraps up a tour - because she has to make her own decisions about where to eat and how to live.
The California Gurls hitmaker admits all decisions on tour are made for her by a road manager - and it’s often a big shock to fend for herself again when the touring ends.
She explains, "You get so used to having transportation or a hotel room, and it becomes, ‘Do I eat food now? How do I get to the movie theatre?’ I’m a toddler." And upcoming tourmate Robyn, who recently interviewed Perry for Entertainment Weekly magazine, agrees: "When you’re on the road, the tour manager tells you when to eat and where to go and how long you have to wait for something.
"When I’m left at the airport to go home, everything stops functioning for me."

HACKERS CONFESS TO TUPAC ALIVE HOAX

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 11:12 pm

A group of online hackers has confessed it is responsible for a hoax story suggesting rapper TUPAC SHAKUR is alive, which blasted through cyberspace over the weekend (29May11).
The group, known as Lulz Boat, attacked PBS TV’s official site on Sunday, and posted a story headlined, ‘Tupac Still Alive in New Zealand’.
The hackers have since publicised the prank in a series of tweets, explaining they did what they did after taking exception to a PBS special about jailed U.S. soldier Bradley Manning, who is accused of supplying the WikiLeaks organisation with sensitive military and diplomatic information.
One tweet reads, "We just finished watching WikiSecrets and were less than impressed." Due to PBS’ reputation for hard, solid news, many networks picked up the Tupac story and began researching it.
The rapper was killed in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in 1996.

LOHAN STARS IN ART EXHIBIT

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:27 pm

Troubled LINDSAY LOHAN has returned to the big screen following her recent series of legal woes - she stars in a 90-second exhibit for an art event.
The Mean Girls actress is struggling to get her career back on track after her stint in a rehab clinic last year (10) and a jail sentence for violating her probation from a 2007 DUI charge by stealing a necklace from a jewellery store in January (11).
And her first screen appearance since the sentence was handed down earlier this month (May11) comes in a short film shot for an art event in Italy.
Artist Richard Phillips designed the clip, titled simply "Lindsay Lohan", as a comment on how a celebrity’s public image can be shaped by media reports.
In the film, the actress is seen swimming underwater in a skimpy white bikini, pouting at the camera while wearing a black jumper, and attempting to touch an image of herself on a giant screen.
It will be shown as part of the Commercial Break event at the opening of Venice Biennale in Italy next month (Jun11).

LEWIS: ‘I’M NOT BORING’

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:24 pm

British singer LEONA LEWIS has taken aim at critics of her personality, insisting she "couldn’t care less" if they think she’s dull.
The Bleeding Love star shot to fame as a shy and retiring wannabe on Simon Cowell’s British show The X Factor in 2006, and went on to superstardom in the U.K. and the U.S. after winning the competition.
But Lewis is angry music fans presume she’s boring just because she’s not as outlandish as the likes of Lady Gaga, and she’s adamant her strengths lie in good quality songs.
She says, "I don’t care what anyone says. I’m not boring. Unless you know me, I don’t really care about your opinions. I couldn’t care less. Lady Gaga does her crazy thing and she is great. I definitely have something different to offer. I’m all about the music and songs."

LORD COMPOSES PIECE FOR LOCAL KIDS’ ORCHESTRA

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:24 pm

Former DEEP PURPLE star JON LORD has composed a special piece of music for a kids’ orchestra in Oxfordshire, England.
The keyboardist is the patron of the Henley Festival and has written a piece for the Henley Youth Orchestra, a project devised to give local children the chance for one-on-one tuition and the free loan of an instrument.
He will watch the 70-piece orchestra perform his composition at the event in July (11) and insists he was thrilled to get a chance to pen a score for young musicians.
Lord says, "I was asked to write a little piece for the young performers and I thought that seemed like a great idea.
"To play together in an orchestra well takes many years of practice and these guys are just the first few steps along that road. Some are a little further ahead than others but they will all get there and it’s great to see.
"It’s the collaborative side of things that is so important. Everyone is playing their part and it’s only when they all work together that the best music is made. That’s what it’s all about, really."

BYRNE ADMITS TALKING HEADS OFFERS HAVE DRIED UP

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:24 pm

Pop star DAVID BYRNE has revealed the offers for TALKING HEADS to reform have dried up - but he insists there is too much "animosity" for the band to regroup anyway.
The Once in a Lifetime hitmakers enjoyed great success during the late 1970s and throughout the 80s but decided to split in 1991.
Concert organisers have inundated the group with big cash offers to get back together for a tour, but Byrne has always refused - and now he admits the deals have disappeared and the band is very "unlikely" to reform.
He tells Digital Spy, "I haven’t heard any of those offers for a while. For a while yes - there was offers (sic) for Talking Heads to do a reunion tour and that sort of thing, but it didn’t seem very likely.
"We kind of separated for creative reasons - there was animosity - but that wasn’t the only reason we went our own ways."

WILL.I.AM URGES COLE TO CHASE U.S. DREAM

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:21 pm

CHERYL COLE’s mentor and close pal WILL.I.AM has urged the troubled pop star not to give up on her dream of breaking America after her failed stint on THE X FACTOR.
The Girls Aloud beauty was hotly-tipped by music mogul Simon Cowell to wow the States when he unveiled her as a judge on the U.S. version of his hit singing show earlier his month (May11).
But her time on the programme was short-lived - she was axed after filming just two episodes amid reports bosses at Fox were afraid viewers would fail to understand her strong northern English accent.
Now Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am, who manages Cole’s career in the U.S., has urged her to keep pushing her profile Stateside.
He tells Heat magazine, "She always comes back stronger, and she always comes back bigger. Cheryl has been through rougher things than this, so this is going to be no problem for her… The X Factor is not the only way for Cheryl to break the U.S., it’s not like it’s the only show on television.
"And remember that Cheryl is a recording artist first. Over the next few months she’s potentially going to be working with artists like Rihanna, Katy Perry, Usher and, of course, the Peas."

ROMIJN TOLD LAWRENCE TO IGNORE X-MEN MAKE-UP ADVICE

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:21 pm

Actress JENNIFER LAWRENCE turned to REBECCA ROMIJN before taking over her role in X-MEN: FIRST CLASS - and asked for tips on how to deal with sitting in make-up for hours on end.
The Winter’s Bone star is set to play blue-skinned shape shifter Mystique in the prequel, a role which Romijn made famous in the first three movies and requires the actress to be spray-painted blue every day.
And Lawrence asked the Ugly Betty star for advice on how to feel less restricted by the role’s heavy cosmetics - with Romijn telling her to ignore all the strict warnings given by the make-up artists.
Lawrence tells The Washington Post, "Her advice was mostly just kind of, ‘Don’t worry about it. Don’t listen to what they tell you.’ Because they tell you not to drink alcohol or eat spicy food, because they remove the make-up with alcohol. And she just said, ‘Don’t listen to that. It will drive you crazy.’"

LUMLEY RETURNS TO MODELLING ROOTS FOR BORN FREE AUCTION

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:21 pm

British actress JOANNA LUMLEY has modelled a gold-and-diamond necklace shaped like a tiger to boost awareness of an auction to raise funds for an animal charity.
The Absolutely Fabulous star has been snapped wearing the Shere Khan Necklace, which is to be put under the hammer for the Born Free Foundation, which hopes to raise a mammoth $480,000 (£300,000) to help save the wild tiger from extinction.
Lumley says, ‘"I feel very much that it’s almost a royal piece. The necklace is so special it can be worn with anything, though I feel a strapless evening gown and long evening gloves would show it to perfection. The moment you put the necklace on, it comes alive! "It feels great, like a badge of office, but it’s incredibly comfortable and easy to wear. It reminds me of the fabulous pieces in the Duchess of Windsor’s collection - panthers and leopards. I adore extreme looks and this is blingtastic!" The piece, which consists of 182 diamonds and gemstones set in an 18ct gold tiger, will go up for sale at a gala at London’s Savoy Hotel on 17 June (11) to mark the 80th birthday of actress and Born Free founder Virginia McKenna, who starred in the famous 1966 film of the same name.
