SPEARS’ REP DENIES NEW ENGAGEMENT REPORTS
A spokesperson for BRITNEY SPEARS has shot down rumours the pop star is to wed again after she was photographed wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring.
The Toxic hitmaker sparked speculation she was set to marry her agent and boyfriend of two years, Jason Trawick, on Friday (22Apr11) when she was spotted wearing a dazzling jewel on her left hand.
But Spears’ representative insists the singer is not heading down the aisle anytime soon, telling EOnline.com the reports are "completely not true", before adding: "It’s not an engagement ring." Spears recently refused to rule out the idea of settling down with Trawick, insisting she would "never say never" to a third wedding. The mum-of-two previously wed dancer Kevin Federline and had a 2004 quickie Las Vegas marriage to childhood sweetheart Jason Alexander annulled after 55 hours.
