JENNY MCCARTHY’s son has been hospitalised after suffering a seizure.
The blonde beauty’s eight-year-old son Evan was diagnosed with autism when he was aged two following a series of fits.
The youngster suffered another seizure on Monday (14Feb11) and McCarthy rushed him to the emergency room of a local hospital for medical attention.
In a series of posts on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Ugh. Evan had a seizure. We r in the ER. He’s doing better. Just laying next to him. Could use prayers again right about now.
"Up all night. Evan Still battling 103.5 fever. Thanks for well wishes. They were nice to read at 3am. Kept me company." McCarthy told fans on Tuesday (15Feb11) that Evan still had a high temperature, but reassured them the youngster was doing better on Wednesday (16Feb11) by posting a picture of her son eating spaghetti and adding, "Watching wall-e with Evan."

Actor CONNOR PAOLO has defended his teenage GOSSIP GIRL co-star TAYLOR MOMSEN amid accusations of diva-like behaviour onset - insisting "no one has a right to attack someone of that age".
The 17 year old came under fire from TV style guru Tim Gunn last year (10), following his guest cameo role in the show.
Describing his encounter with the singer/actress, he said, "What a diva! She was pathetic, she couldn’t remember her lines, and she didn’t even have that many. I thought to myself, ‘Why are we all being held hostage by this brat?’" Momsen refused to comment on Gunn’s remarks, but Paolo - who played the blonde’s stepbrother in the series - insists Gunn was wrong to aim a personal attack at the star.
He tells TV Line, "She’s 17 years old. I don’t think anyone has any right to say anything negative being that she - as mature and self-possessed as she is - is still young. It’s not fair. No one has a right to attack someone of that age."

MICHAEL JACKSON’s sister REBBIE has opened up about her daughter’s battle with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia in a bid to raise awareness of mental illness.
The star admits coping with the problems faced by Yashi Brown - one of her three children with childhood sweetheart Nathaniel Brown - has been difficult.
She tells FOX411’s Pop Tarts, "It was such a hard thing, it has all been an experience I will never ever forget and all I wanted was to find a solution or a way in which Yashi could just solve the problems.
"A lot of people have these disorders and they don’t know it because there are very different degrees of bipolar. So many people have this but they can’t figure out what their problem is. So you have to get to the core of the problem, expose it and accept it does exist, and then you can go about learning how to deal with it." Yashi is also preparing to make details of her battle public - she’s releasing a book, entitled Black Daisy in a White Limousine: 77 Poems, to help other sufferers.
She says, "Of course growing up in a high profile family especially will make you feel like you need to be some sort of an example or be super strong to the people around you and not be yourself. Instead of saying, ‘I have these challenges and other people have these same challenges and let’s communicate and talk about it’ as opposed to trying to act like they don’t exist or that you have it all together is really exacerbating it in the long run."

WYCLEF JEAN has opened up about his public spat with SEAN PENN, confirming the pair has now "kissed and made up" following a falling out over aid efforts in Haiti.
The Fugees star hit out after Penn criticised him for running for presidency of the Caribbean nation after a devastating earthquake last year (10).
Jean accused Penn of drug abuse - but the pair reportedly made up at a performance by Haitian band T-Vice in New York last weekend (12-13Feb11).
Now Jean has confirmed he and Penn are friends again, telling New York Post gossip column PageSix, "We’re fine. We kissed and made up… (Sean told me,) ‘You’re more powerful without being a president. You’re the only person outside of that country that can give the country big visual lights. I felt like you were diminishing your power.’ But (he also) said, ‘In five years, I know you’ll be ready to do it.’"

CHARLIE SHEEN has the chance to return to work later this month (Feb11) - bosses of his hit comedy TWO AND A HALF MEN are preparing to resume filming, according to a U.S. report.
Work on the show was suspended while the actor had rehab treatment at home in Los Angeles after he was hospitalised in January (11) following a night of wild partying.
He has since said he is desperate to get back on set - and bosses of the CBS show are now planning to restart production on 28 February (11), according to the Hollywood Reporter.
But the shooting schedule has been pared back - the website reports only four further episodes will be made for the current season instead of the planned eight.

Singer KELLY ROWLAND is sporting her first tattoo after going under the needle on Wednesday (16Feb11).
The Destiny’s Child star was accompanied to a body art parlour by her friend La La Vazquez - and the former MTV VJ took pictures to document the inking.
Rowland is seen lying on her side, with the tattoo artist poised over her, while Vazquez writes, "Kelly Rowland getting her 1st tattoo!! I’m here to witness it!!" The singer is then pictured showing off the inking, which reads ‘Masterpiece’, located on the right side of her torso.

COURTNEY LOVE "saved" CHRIS ROCK from a potential fight with JUDE LAW after the actor was left unimpressed by the funnyman’s gags at the 2005 Oscars.
Rock famously poked fun at the Sherlock Holmes star during the ceremony six years ago by joking he was in "every movie" at the time, after a string of the actor’s films including Alfie, The Aviator and I Heart Huckabees were released the year before (04).
The comedian then met Law following the show and feared an altercation would take place - but he credits Love with defusing the situation by scaring Law off.
Rock tells Esquire, "I was sitting with Courtney Love, and she might’ve saved me from a fight. I’m not going to say a**-whipping… But you never know - he’s hanging out with Guy Ritchie. U.S. TV host DAVID LETTERMAN has apologised to LINDSAY LOHAN after he mistakenly announced she would be appearing in a segment poking fun at herself on his talk show.
Chiefs at American network CBS sent out a release on Tuesday (15Feb11), stating the troubled actress would be reading the nightly Top Ten list on The Late Show With David Letterman on Thursday (17Feb11) via satellite from her home in California.
However, the Mean Girls star claimed she had not agreed to appear on the programme and it was later discovered her estranged father Michael made the call to book the 24 year old on the show.
Letterman admits he was left red-faced when he realised the blunder - and he apologised to Lohan during his programme on Wednesday night (16Feb11).
He said, "Last week I did a thing on the Grammys and there was a Lindsay Lohan joke about her stealing a Grammy award and the next day I get a call and it’s a guy saying, ‘Lindsay thought the joke was hilarious… she wants to be on your show.’ "I said great! I called publicity and I said get the press release out immediately… so it goes around the world and people are saying, ‘Are you kidding me, this is going to be fantastic’. And then Lindsay Lohan said none of that’s happening, it’s not true.
"It turns out we were duped. I have no one to blame but myself, and boy is my face red. Now I need to apologise to the Lindsay Lohan family, I hope I didn’t embarrass you Lindsay and your family." Lohan has been charged with felony grand theft over allegations she stole a necklace from a jeweller’s in Venice, California last month (Jan11). She’s currently free on bail and is due back in court on 23 February (11).

Incarcerated rapper T.I. could have avoided his stint in jail - his wife TAMEKA ‘TINY’ COTTLE offered to "take the fall" for the star, but confesses "it wasn’t able to be done".
The Live Your Life hitmaker, real name Clifford Harris, Jr., has been in and out of prison over the past year and is currently serving an 11-month sentence in Arkansas for violating his probation following a drug arrest in September (10).
The hip-hop star was jailed in November (10) after he and Cottle were detained by police officers who allegedly found drugs during a search of the couple’s car.
Cottle has now opened up about the circumstances surrounding the arrest, revealing she was willing to go to prison to help the star avoid another jail sentence.
She tells XXL magazine, "I feel like, if you don’t know the details on it, you can’t say I could take the fall. If I could have, I would have said, ‘Well, yeah, that’s me.’ "But it wasn’t able to be done. And for one, there were other people, other friends in the car that could have taken the fall, but it couldn’t happen.
"It’s time-out for any nonsense. We know what to do now. Not that we didn’t then, but things happen. He’s never gonna go back to jail. We can’t have that."

British hunk ALEX PETTYFER stumbled upon stardom on a school trip, when he accidentally walked into a room where STEPHEN FRY was auditioning young hopefuls for a TV movie.
The Stormbreaker actor, who stars in highly-anticipated new sci-fi film I Am Number Four, admits his whole career started when he fell in love with a girl at his school, and took up media classes in a bid to catch her eye.
It was on a class field trip for his new subject which led him to a bizarre meeting with funnyman Fry, who was casting for his schoolboy TV film Tom Brown’s Schooldays - and snapped up a young Pettyfer for the lead role.
Pettyfer says, "I was at school. I had a big crush on a girl and I joined the media class because she was in it. I realised that I was two years younger than her and I wasn’t in the same class as her, and I was stuck with it. I went on this school trip, and I didn’t really care about acting or about media. I wanted to be a racing driver.
"I went to go to the toilet and walked into this auditioning room where Stephen Fry was, and he must have taken a fancy. Him and the producer stuck me in this small TV movie, called Tom Brown’s Schooldays, which was a great experience. I loved every second and realised that, as long as this journey was going to go forward, I was going to go with it because who doesn’t like playing dress up?"

British model AGYNESS DEYN is raising money for charity by signing up as part of a showbiz team to run this year’s (11) London Marathon.
The beauty is joining her clothing designer pal Henry Holland, British actress Emma Pierson, and model David Gandy in the ‘Oxglam Squad’, which aims to raise cash for anti-poverty charity Oxfam.
Deyn is running the 26.4-mile (42.2-kilometre) course with the team, which was put together by fashion photographer Rankin. The marathon takes place on 17 April (11).
She says, "It’s going to be fun running the marathon with Henry and the rest of the Oxglam Squad, and it’s also great knowing that Oxfam will put the money we raise to such good use." British singer Will Young and The Hoosiers frontman Irwin Sparkes have also signed up to take part in the marathon.

Quirky moviemakers the FARRELLY BROTHERS want CHER to play a scary nun in their THREE STOOGES movie.
Peter and Bobby Farrelly insist the Burlesque star, who played herself in their film Stuck on You, would be the perfect fit for the Mother Superior role in the comedy - and they have a few other dream castmates for the project, which at one point was to include Jim Carrey, Benicio Del Toro and Sean Penn.

Veteran British actress SHEILA HANCOCK was once arrested at an airport in Thailand - and was terrified officials had mistaken her for a "drug mule or a prostitute".
The Buster star travelled to the Far East as part of research duties for a book she was writing, but ran into trouble after she returned to a Bangkok airport to jet back to the U.K.
Hancock was arrested and "thoroughly searched" by Thai authorities, and the panicking star was convinced they suspected her of smuggling drugs.
But the star only found out the truth when an English-speaking official told her she had left the airport without having her passport stamped.
She tells Britain’s The One Show, "I was once arrested at Bangkok airport. It was a great worry. I was travelling on my own for a book I was writing and I went to Bangkok to Chiang Mai and when I came back they arrested me and I was taken into a room and none of them spoke any English and I had to fill out loads of forms and they, not stripped searched me, but very thoroughly searched me and they obviously thought I was a drug mule or a prostitute - one or the other.
"Eventually someone English came along and what had happened was, when I got to Bangkok my bag wasn’t there and I was walking around the back rooms trying to find my bag, eventually found it and went out of the airport and got a taxi to my hotel. I had not gone through passport control, so my passport wasn’t stamped. It was very exciting, once I knew I was going to be alright!"

Veteran actress FAYE DUNAWAY stormed out of a hotel in Hollywood after a bust-up with staff over the lack of luxury suites, according to a U.S. report.
The 70 year old requested a room at the Sunset Tower Hotel for two months but was furious when workers told her the only available accommodation was specially converted for disabled guests, reports New York Post gossip column PageSix.
A source tells the publication, "She came out of the elevator cursing. She was screaming at the top of her voice at the bellman: ‘Do I look handicapped to you?’ The bellman replied, ‘No, Miss Dunaway, you do not.’ "Then she stormed up to the manager’s desk and pointed at a card listing the suite numbers she had seen, and shouted, ‘The bellman told me this was the handicapped room’… After being told there was no longer any room, she then ripped the card with the room numbers out of the manager’s hand, refused his business card, stormed outside and got into her little white car."

Actor JASON ALEXANDER has paid tribute to his SEINFELD co-star LEN LESSER, praising him as "a tremendous guy".
Lesser, who played Seinfeld’s Uncle Leo in the sitcom, passed away from cancer-related pneumonia in California on Wednesday (16Feb11), at the age of 88.
Alexander spent a lot of time with Lesser as he portrayed Seinfeld’s best friend George in the series, and has taken to his Twitter.com page to pay a touching tribute to the veteran actor.
He writes: "Len was a tremendous guy. He was a smart actor/comedian who knew exactly what he was doing in the creation of Uncle Leo.
"I enjoyed many wonderful conversations with Len who was so openly grateful to be part of our show and so humble about his stunning contribution to it. I am so happy to have known him and my sympathies go to his family. But his was a fun life and he leaves many fans behind and many who will be enjoying his work for years to come.
"Hellooo Uncle Leo. And goodbye. Sleep well. Much love."

KELLY OSBOURNE has abandoned plans to have surgery on her mangled feet - because she can’t face the pain.
The singer-turned-TV personality was considering surgery after damaging her feet during her stint on U.S. TV show Dancing With the Stars in 2009 and 2010.
But now she insists she’ll wait until she can no longer walk! She tells Eonline.com, "I’m putting it off until I become a cripple. There’s no way I could do it.
"They’re going to break four bones in my feet and some ligaments. When I saw what was actually involved, I was like, ‘No!’ "It hurts… but I’ll just put up with it until I can’t put up with it anymore."
