The website reports Bieber, 16, wanted to "fill Selena’s house with flowers" and requested the florist use every single bloom in their store to create a huge bouquet for the actress.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD’s ice hockey star husband MIKE FISHER has hit out at radio station bosses in Canada after they blamed the country singer for prompting his move from Ottawa to Tennessee and banned her music from their airwaves.
The sportsman was traded by the Ottawa Senators to the Nashville Predators earlier this month (Feb11), but the exchange did not sit well with DJs at one local broadcaster in Fisher’s native Canada, who called his move "a betrayal to our community".
Station executives went as far as to claim they would ban Underwood’s music from their playlist because they were convinced the singer was responsible for convincing Fisher to relocate to the city she now calls home, according to local reports.
But the snub has upset the Before He Cheats hitmaker and Fisher reveals his wife has been left "extremely disappointed" by the news.
He tells the Vancouver Sun, "I heard about it right away and Carrie heard about it and she was extremely disappointed and frustrated - I think they meant it as a joke that really wasn’t funny.
"They’re not a country music station and I don’t know if it was for attention or not, but obviously Carrie had nothing to do with the move or the trade or anything, so to imply something like that was just wrong." Prior to Fisher’s trade, the couple’s marriage had been a long-distance one.

Veteran actor WILLIAM H. MACY dreads checking in on the chickens in his back yard - because he fears the day he has to tell his young daughters they’ve lost one of the pets to "critters".
The Fargo star and his wife Felicity Huffman keep six hens at their California home, and their two kids, Sofia, 10, and Georgia, eight, enjoy collecting their eggs every morning.
But Macy was sent into a panic one day when he could only spot five chickens in his custom-made coup - and frantically tried to come up with an explanation for his little girls.
He says, "I built a killer chicken coup and we get about four eggs a day. The girls gather the eggs. But we have a lot of critters there and… once, I went in in the morning and there’s five chickens there and I have to tell Georgia, my daughter, ‘We lost a chicken, I don’t know how this critter got in.’" But he was breathing a sigh of relief after finding the hen in the most unexpected place.
Macy explains, "I walk into her room, and the chicken’s in her bed, with the blanket pulled up around her, sound asleep."

Hotly-tipped Oscar favourite BLACK SWAN is continuing to thrill film fans across the world after topping the global box office chart for the second consecutive week.
The ballet thriller, starring Best Actress nominee Natalie Portman, grossed $17.2 million (£11.47 million) over the weekend (18-20Feb11), bringing its haul outside of the U.S. market to a total of $97.9 million (£65.23 million).
Another of Portman’s movies, romantic comedy No Strings Attached, proved to be popular at the box office - it came third in a three-way tie with True Grit and Yogi Bear, taking $10 million each (£6.6 million), according to The Hollywood Reporter.

A violent death scene depicting the fatal stabbing of British student MEREDITH KERCHER has been cut from a U.S. TV movie about the sensational murder trial following complaints from the families of the victim and her alleged killer, AMANDA KNOX.
Hayden Panetierre stars as the college student convicted of killing her roommate Kercher in 2007 in the Lifetime network’s Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy.
The dramatisation, due to air in the U.S. on Monday night (21Feb11), has drawn harsh criticism from both girls’ parents, while Knox’s mother and father have threatened legal action if the film is released. Knox was sentenced to 26 years behind bars in 2009 and is currently in the process of appealing her conviction.
Panetierre has previously urged the two families to watch the film for themselves, insisting the movie will not affect any ongoing court proceedings, but Lifetime bosses have now decided to axe one particularly brutal scene which sees the actress re-enact Kercher’s death, according to the U.K.’s Telegraph newspaper.
The cut scene features Kercher, played by Amanda Fernando Stevens, in a bra and jeans as she is pinned down and stabbed by her three alleged killers, including Knox and her Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito - but the violent episode has reportedly now been taken out of the final edit.

An impostor pretending to represent MATT DAMON caused chaos at GWEN STEFANI’s New York Fashion Week show by demanding front row seats for the actor and his wife at the last minute - even though the couple was in Los Angeles.
A man known as Jay Berman, who claimed to be the star’s main point of contact in the Big Apple, is alleged to have reached out to representatives at Stefani’s agency the Schiff Company last week (begs14Feb11) and requested highly-coveted tickets to the pop star’s L.A.M.B. show on Thursday (17Feb11).
Fashion show organisers were forced to rapidly rework the seating plan to accommodate Berman’s late request, which was believed to have been made for Damon, his wife Luciana Barroso and a pal named Peter Gianquinto.
But event bosses and photographers were left baffled when the Damons failed to show - leaving two security guards to fill the seats as the models began to walk the runway.
Damon’s longterm publicist, Jennifer Allen, has distanced the Hollywood star from the controversy - insisting the actor, who has never shown an interest in fashion week events, has been busy filming in Los Angeles since last Tuesday (15Feb11).
She tells the New York Post’s Page Six column, "He’s never been to a fashion show, to my knowledge. No one called me to check."

Pregnant singer JEWEL is drawing inspiration from her impending motherhood - she’s writing an album for her unborn son.
The star has been trying to conceive with her husband, rodeo ace Ty Murray, since 2009 and they announced in January (11) that they are expecting their first child later this year (11).
And Jewel admits the testing journey has prompted her to channel her emotions into new songs for her baby.

Jailed rocker VINCE NEIL has been surviving on a diet of peanut butter, crisps and sandwiches as he serves time for a DUI charge.
The Motley Crue star began his 15-day sentence at Clark County Detention Center in Nevada last week (begs14Feb11) after pleading guilty to the count, which stemmed from an arrest in 2010.
But Neil’s eating habits behind bars have been far from healthy and the lack of good food has his girlfriend Alicia Jacobs worried, reports RockAAA.com.
She says, "I’m extremely concerned about his health. He’s not eating much other than peanut butter, Doritos and stuff like that. He had a baloney sandwich one day. It’s not optimal conditions." The singer will be placed on house arrest for another 15 days once he completes his jail term.

ARETHA FRANKLIN is set to open up about the health troubles that led to her hospitalisation in an exclusive interview with U.S. TV presenter WENDY WILLIAMS.
The Queen of Soul sparked fears for her health when a mystery illness prompted her to scrap a series of end-of-year shows in 2010.
The singer, who underwent surgery to treat the ailment in December (10), recently dismissed reports she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and insisted in January (11) the condition had been resolved.

British actress PATSY KENSIT looks to ex-husband LIAM GALLAGHER’s mum for tips about parenthood after her own mother passed away when she was 22.
The Lethal Weapon 2 star was wed to Gallagher, her third husband, from 1997 until 2000 and they share a son, Lennon. Kensit is also mum to James, 18, her child from her second marriage to rocker Jim Kerr.
The blonde beauty admits she stayed close to her ex-partners’ mothers and they’ve dished out invaluable advice on how to raise her kids.
She tells Britain’s Celebs on Sunday, "Jim’s mother Irene, who died last December, brought three boys up in Scotland. She and Liam’s mum Peggy have become role models for me. They are strong women who brought up these boys.
"I have such admiration for them. Motherhood and career is what it’s about." But Kensit admits not having her own mother around has been hard - Margaret lost her battle with breast cancer in the early 1990s before her grandsons were born.
The star adds, "My parents died before the boys were born and my one big sadness is they never had mum as their grandmother."

Veteran actor WILLIAM H. MACY has turned his weekly piano lessons into a family affair - his wife FELICITY HUFFMAN and their two daughters are all learning how to play the instrument.
The Fargo star, 60, recently hired a piano teacher to show him the basics, but he’s having to share his private tuition time with his actress wife and kids Sofia, 10, and Georgia, eight, because they also want to tickle the ivories.
Macy says, "I wanted to learn how to play the piano so we have this magnificent teacher who comes every week, the girls got interested in it, then Felicity got interested and now the nanny’s interested in it! So we have this argument, like, ‘I want to play the piano!’"

Actress REBECCA ROMIJN has been left "devastated" by the loss of her producer pal PERRY MOORE, who was found dead in his New York apartment last week (17Feb11).
An initial autopsy to determine the filmmaker’s cause of death proved inconclusive, although reports suggest the 39 year old died from an accidental overdose of painkiller OxyContin, according to the New York Daily News.
Romijn, who starred in Moore’s movie Lake City, has now paid tribute to the man who helped to bring the Chronicles of Narnia books to life on the big screen, admitting her friend’s death has hit her hard.
She says, "I will miss him tremendously and will mourn the fact that my daughters will not get to grow up knowing their Uncle Perry." Moore’s Narnia producing partner Mark Johnson has also honoured the late star, crediting him with taking charge of the three C.S. Lewis projects.
