KELSEY GRAMMER’s estranged wife CAMILLE realised the former FRASIER star had taken a new lover last summer (10) when a doorman denied her entry into the actor’s New York apartment building, telling her she was "not Mrs. Grammer".
The reality TV star had no idea her marriage was in trouble when Grammer jetted off to the Big Apple to embark on a theatre career on Broadway.
But, following concerning calls from mutual friends, she challenged the actor about the state of their marriage and he told her their 13-year romance was over by phone.
It later emerged he had found love with Kayte Walsh, and the couple is now engaged to wed.
Camille’s heartbreaking phone call was captured on camera for her show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and, in an episode which aired in the U.S. on Thursday night (20Jan11), she explains how she discovered there was already another woman in Grammer’s life after attending the Tony Awards as his date.
She recalls how she was stopped by a doorman as she entered Grammer’s apartment building, who insisted, "You’re not Mrs. Grammer." She protested and was forced to prove her claim by producing her identity card, which eventually gained her entry.
She says, "It was so humiliating."

The brother of HARRY POTTER star AFSHAN AZAD has been jailed for six months after pleading guilty to assaulting the actress last year (10).
Azad, who played witch Padma Patil in four of the boy wizard movies, alleged her father Abdul and brother Ashraf had attacked her at her home in Manchester, England last May.
The relatives were said to have argued with the Muslim star, 22, after overhearing her talking on the phone to her Hindu boyfriend.
The altercation reportedly escalated and turned violent, with the pair threatening to kill the actress, after she refused their demands to end the relationship.
Death-threat charges against Azad’s father and brother were later dropped by prosecutors following a desperate plea from the star, and they were both cleared at Manchester Crown Court, England in December (10).
Azad’s father was bound to keep the peace for 12 months and her brother was banned from contacting his sister at her new home in London.
However, Ashraf Azad admitted to a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and was ordered to serve jail time during sentencing on Friday (21Jan11).

MINNIE DRIVER came to the rescue of a hapless young actress at the recent Golden Globes after noticing the unnamed star had accidentally tucked her dress into her underwear.
The British star spotted the woman, who she is refusing to name, in a bathroom at an official afterparty following the glitzy Los Angeles ceremony last weekend (16Jan11) and helped her before she could embarrass herself in public.
Driver describes the girl as a "very gorgeous, lovely, young actress" and alerted her to the ‘wardrobe malfunction’.
She tells U.S. TV host Ellen DeGeneres, "I did stop and help her, and I said, ‘I’m just glad you’re wearing knickers (panties).’ But I don’t think she knew what knickers were because it’s an English word, but it was good. It was really good. It was a good story."

British singer LILY ALLEN has been in agony after an operation to remove all four of her wisdom teeth left her with a 16-hour nosebleed.
The Smile hitmaker has long experienced problems with her gums and contracted an infection in her mouth last summer (10).
She went under the knife on Thursday (20Jan11) to rid her of the troublesome molars, but her recovery has been far from smooth.
Opening up about her pain in series of posts on Twitter.com, Allen reveals she wasn’t able to sleep on Thursday night as she suffered a non-stop nosebleed, and her medication failed to ease her agony.
In a series of posts, she writes, "I have had a nosebleed for 16 hours, I slept upright last night. Chapped lips, mouthful of blood. Not a great start to the weekend… Oh, and hamster cheeks doesn’t even cover it. I did get 10 mgs of morphine though, which was nice." And when one fan on the site asked her why she was experiencing such a nasty nosebleed, the star replied, "I think cause of the oxygen tubes they stuck up my nose during the operation."

Fans have been warned not to expect any more albums from IGGY POP and THE STOOGES - the band now sees full-length recordings as "irrelevant", according to guitarist JAMES WILLIAMSON.
The group has only released four studio albums since its formation in the 1960s, with the last record, The Weirdness, hitting shelves in 2007 following the band’s 2003 reunion.
Williamson, who rejoined The Stooges in 2009 following the death of Ron Asheton, admits they have no plans to record any more albums, but they might consider compiling a short EP.
He tells Watoday.com.au, "I think these days albums are kind of irrelevant, so we’re not going to hold out for an album. We’re going to try to get one or two songs that we like and release a single and then when we’ve got a couple more do another one and if we’re lucky enough to put four together, do an EP or something. We’re trying to be very careful that the quality of what we release is good enough to have The Stooges name on it."

JOHN TRAVOLTA and BRUCE WILLIS have been chosen among this year’s (11) inductees to the New Jersey Hall Of Fame - but fellow Hollywood star MICHAEL DOUGLAS failed to land a hometown honour.
The Wall Street star was among the 30 nominees named in November (10) who were up for a chance to be inducted into the hall, which honours stars hailing from the region.
But an online vote for the class of 2011 failed to select Douglas, who recently revealed he has beaten cancer.
Other stars who won places include veteran singer Tony Bennett, rapper/actress Queen Latifah, TV lifestyle guru Martha Stewart and jazz musician Bucky Pizzarelli.
The celebrities will be officially elected to the Hall of Fame at a ceremony in June (11), alongside sports stars and World War II Heroes.

NICOLE KIDMAN and her husband KEITH URBAN spent Christmas (10) "on tenterhooks" as they nervously awaited the birth of their new surrogate daughter FAITH.
The Hollywood couple made a surprise announcement earlier this month (Jan11), revealing they became parents for a second time on 28 December (10) when a surrogate mother gave birth to their baby girl.
Kidman has now spoken out for the first since becoming a mother again, and admits the couple had a nervous wait for news over the festive period.
She tells the Australian Women’s Weekly magazine, "We spent Christmas on tenterhooks and after Faith Margaret was born on December 28, a healthy eight pounds, nine ounces, we spent New Year’s on cloud nine. We have been having a wonderful bonding experience with Faith Margaret and feel truly blessed." In the interview, Kidman also insists she doesn’t pay any attention to those who criticise her life choices, adding, "I think I’m at a point where I’ve just had so many things said about me that I just ignore it. I’m 43 now. I live my life knowing who I am and knowing that it will play out over however long it is that I have left to live. It’s my life. It’s my whole life, and I’ll lead it how I choose." The couple has a daughter, Sunday Rose, who was born in 2008, while Kidman also has two adopted children, both teenagers, from her marriage to Tom Cruise.

Soul singer CEE LO GREEN has been forced to postpone his upcoming U.K. tour due to scheduling conflicts.
The Forget You hitmaker was due to play a number of shows in Britain at the beginning of March (11), but due to unforeseen problems he has had to move the dates back.
But the Gnarls Barkley star has appeased fans by adding an extra concert to his tour, which will now kick off on 26 March (11) in Glasgow, Scotland.
Tickets for the original English shows in Birmingham, Manchester, London and Bristol all remain valid.

CRYSTAL CASTLES frontwoman ALICE GLASS was hospitalised in Japan this week (beg17Jan11) with a suspected broken ankle.
The singer underwent treatment at a medical facility in Tokyo after aggravating a previous injury sustained on tour.
Glass’ bandmate Ethan Kath confirmed the news to Thevine.com.au, revealing their trip to Japan was "stressful" and telling the website, "Alice is injured… We’re at the hospital, having x-rays taken. It appears that she has a broken ankle." But the star is refusing to let her injury affect the band’s schedule - they went ahead with a gig in Penrose, New Zealand on Friday night (21Jan11), and they are still set to head out on a tour of Australia next week (beg23Jan11).

R&B singer MONICA has confirmed she secretly married her basketball star boyfriend SHANNON BROWN in November last year (10).
The Boy Is Mine hitmaker began dating the Los Angeles Lakers player last summer (10) after he portrayed her love interest in her music video for Love All Over Me.

French rocker JOHNNY HALLYDAY has undergone surgery in California to replace his artificial hip.
The 67-year-old star has previously undergone an operation to replace the joint, and he went back under the knife to improve his fitness ahead of an upcoming tour.
He is now resting at home in Los Angeles and is expected to take at least four weeks off to recover.
A statement from the star’s press office reads, "The operation went very well. He now has to have four weeks of rest in his Los Angeles residence and will be resuming his normal activities in mid-February… (The surgery was carried out so he can be) in perfect physical form to be ready for his extremely busy schedule in 2011 and 2012." Hallyday was in and out of hospital several times in 2009 after a back operation in Paris, France left him in critical condition. He is currently taking legal action against his surgeon to determine whether he botched the initial surgery.

Singing duo THE PROCLAIMERS were among hundreds of fans who turned out to pay their last respects to singer GERRY RAFFERTY as he was laid to rest in Scotland on Friday morning (21Jan11).
The Baker Street icon passed away earlier this month (04Jan11) after suffering liver failure, resulting from a long battle with alcoholism.
Hundreds of devotees turned up to honour the songwriter at St Mirin’s Cathedral in his hometown of Paisley.
Funnyman Billy Connolly, who formed folk group the Humblebums with Rafferty, was unable to attend the ceremony due to touring commitments in Australia and was said to have been "devastated" to have missed the funeral.
Scottish singing siblings The Proclaimers and the country’s First Minister Alex Salmond turned out for the service and playwright/artist John Byrne gave the eulogy, remembering Rafferty as "very single-minded, which he used wonderfully well".
Byrne added, "He had hundreds and hundreds of wonderful, brilliant and marvellous songs. He was very, very funny, Gerard. He was a very serious and very thoughtful person… When I saw him in Stroud a few weeks before he died, his spirit was strong and he had a serenity about him which I thought was wonderful."

British actress HELENA BONHAM CARTER will never go under the knife to halt the ageing process - because she’s convinced her career will go downhill if she has "work done".
The Alice In Wonderland star has never resorted to cosmetic procedures and she has every intention of keeping it that way because she’s convinced her "natural looks" appeal to movie directors.
Bonham Carter, 44, admits she hopes to emulate Dame Judi Dench, who has maintained a successful acting career while growing old gracefully.
She tells Britain’s Daily Mail, "I can still move all my face muscles! There aren’t many who can still do that. Age is underrated. I think what’s ­happening is that directors and the studios want actresses who have natural looks, who haven’t had any work done.
"You have two choices. You can have the work done and look weirder, or have nothing done and look older. I think the only way I’ll continue to get work is if I don’t get anything done.
"I know some actresses who have had bits of work done and it’s so good you can’t tell. The problem is that now the high-definition camera can tell, so it’s best to leave your face alone.
"Look at Judi Dench. She’s beautiful. Talk about her face being her fortune! She never stops working. That’s what I want for me."

DONALD TRUMP’s ex-wife IVANA has reached an out-of-court settlement with a Finnish fashion house after she accused the designers of using her name without permission.
The property mogul’s former partner took legal action against bosses at IVANAhelsinki over the company’s branding, claiming founder Paola Suhonen had no right to use the name Ivana.
Both sides have now avoided an expensive and lengthy legal battle by settling the matter out of court, with Suhonen agreeing to change the spelling of the firm’s name for the American market.
She says, "Ms. Trump will continue her business ventures with the name Ivana Trump, and we will continue with our name IVANAhelsinki, but we will spell it a little differently… Going into litigation in the U.S. is very expensive. The best solution was that we could settle it out of court."

A representative for THE SOPRANOS star VINCENT PASTORE has hit back at rapper TONY TESTA after he accused the actor of behaving badly and dropping out of a recent video shoot.
The 64 year old signed up to appear in Testa’s promo for his new record, Paper Chaser, alongside his The Sopranos co-star Joseph R. Gannascoli.
But the hip-hop star claims Pastore sparked an argument with his demands and then failed to show up to a scheduled shoot in New York on Wednesday (19Jan11).
Testa tells the New York Post’s gossip column PageSix, "At the last minute, Vincent didn’t like the negotiated terms for the video, so I gave him some choice words. He says he’s not turning up. He wants a limo to pick him up because of the rain. I called him and said, ‘Take a cab, and I’ll pay for it.’ "But he gets very rude and disrespectful, starts cursing on the phone, saying… ‘I need a private car to pick me up. I am not leaving my f**king house to get into a car accident to film your video.’ I said to him, ‘Listen to me, you fat motherf**ker, if you don’t turn up to my video shoot, I’ll stomp on your head.’ He then sent a text to Joe (Gannascoli) saying he was just threatened by me. This isn’t The Sopranos… He thinks he is Kim Kardashian." But Pastore’s agent has brushed off the claims, admitting he knows nothing of the alleged dispute and insisting the actor wouldn’t make such demands.
The spokesman tells the publication, "This is the first I’ve heard of this. Vinnie has always been a down-to-earth guy. On a movie, they pick you up; it’s normal treatment. I don’t think he would expect star treatment."

MTV bosses behind the U.S. adaptation of British TV hit SKINS have defended the show’s saucy content in the wake of a complaint from a campaign group and the loss of a major advertiser.
The new series, which premiered in America on Monday (17Jan11), features controversial storylines involving sex and drugs, as well as foul language and nudity.
On Thursday (20Jan11), heads of the Parents Television Council bosses condemned the programme and urged federal agents to investigate claims the show features underage actors in sex scenes.
Bosses at American fast food chain Taco Bell have now pulled plans to advertise during Skins, insisting the show is "not a fit" for their brand.
But executives at MTV, the network behind the series, have defended the controversial content, insisting the show features "real-world issues confronting teens in a frank way".
A statement obtained by Fox news, adds, "We are confident that the episodes of Skins will not only comply with all applicable legal requirements, but also with our responsibilities to our viewers."

RIHANNA’s father gave up drugs after the family spotted a homeless man asleep on the sidewalk and the pop star’s mother warned him he was heading the same way.
The Umbrella hitmaker has been open about her dad Ronald Fenty’s battle with illegal substances, and revealed she once caught him indulging his habit when she was a child.
Fenty admits their relationship changed that day, but he insists he was spurred on to quit drugs for good when his then-wife foretold his future to their daughter.
He tells Britain’s The Sun, "I did have a drug problem and Robyn (Rihanna) did walk in and see me taking drugs in our house. She was just a little kid and it made her look at me, and other things, differently.
"Around the same time we were walking down the street with the kids and there was a guy sleeping on the sidewalk. Her mother said to Robyn, ‘Your dad is going to end up like that.’ "I did not want my children to see me sleeping on the sidewalk so I started making the changes.
"I had to give up drugs for my family. I still kind of lost them, I split up with my wife. But I still had to do it for myself and eventually I beat it."

SIR ELTON JOHN has renewed calls for California’s same-sex marriage ban to be overturned, insisting as a gay man he "has it all", but he doesn’t have the "respect" of politicians.
The singer exchanged vows with his partner David Furnish in a civil partnership ceremony in his native Britain back in 2005, just days after the law to allow homosexual unions was introduced in the U.K.
Sir Elton was deeply disappointed when California’s gay marriage law was overturned by the Proposition 8 legislation in 2008, and on Wednesday night (19Jan11) he performed at a fundraising event in Los Angeles to boost the campaign for change.
The Rocket Man, who became a father at Christmas (10) to a son born via a surrogate mother, spoke out during his set to underline his support for the campaign.
He told the crowd, "As a gay man. I think I have it all. I have a wonderful career, a wonderful life. I have my health, I have a partner of 17 years and I have a son. And you know what, I don’t have everything, because I don’t have the respect of people like the church, and people like politicians who tell me that I am not worthy or that I am ‘less than’ because I am gay. Well f**k you." He later added, "Even though I’m British, I’ll be here at the forefront of anything you guys want." The event raised $3 million (£2 million) for the American Foundation for Equal Rights.
