THE HILLS star HEIDI MONTAG has decided against having her huge breast implants removed because she refuses to risk her life by going under the knife again.
The reality TV star underwent a plastic surgery makeover last year (09), during which she had 10 major nips and tucks in one day.
In August (10), she went public with her regrets about the massive surgery she underwent, confessing she’s tired of her big boobs and fears her new nose may fall off at any minute.
But Montag would rather live with her massive G-cup assets than take another gamble with her health.
She tells People magazine, "I will never have surgery again. (It) wasn’t worth it.
"I just don’t want to put my body under the knife again. I would rather have a little bit too big of breasts than risk my life again." Montag also blamed the extensive plastic surgery for prompting her split from husband Spencer Pratt. The couple called off divorce proceedings and reunited last month (Sep10)

GLEE stars LEA MICHELE, CORY MONTEITH and DIANNA AGRON have come under attack for taking part in a racy GQ magazine photoshoot, with angry activists at a TV parents group labelling the images borderline "paedophilia".
The sexy cover for the men’s magazine features Michele and Agron, both 24, dressed in skimpy outfits and posing provocatively with 28-year-old Monteith, who places his hands on the actress’ bottoms.
Other pictures in the spread show the young beauties, who play high school students on the hit show, stripped down to their underwear.
But the shoot has infuriated activists from the Parents Television Council and they’ve taken aim at the trio for the "hyper-sexualised" magazine spread, reports TMZ.com.
In a statement, PTC campaigners say, "It is disturbing that GQ, which is explicitly written for adult men, is sexualising the actresses who play high school-aged characters on Glee in this way. It borders on paedophilia.
"By authorising this kind of near-pornographic display, the creators of the programme have established their intentions on the show’s direction. And it isn’t good for families."

KANYE WEST has found a way to circumnavigate controversy over his new album’s cover art - he plans to release the record with five different interchangeable sleeves.
The rapper admitted this week (beg18Oct10) that his new album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, is facing a ban from the shelves of U.S. superstore Wal-Mart due to its controversial cover, which sees the star depicted as a naked demon being straddled by a phoenix-type creature.
He later poked fun at the outrage in a post on his Twitter.com page, writing, "In response to the reaction of my album cover… I’m deeply sorry if I haven’t offended everybody." But West has now come up with a solution - he is planning to give fans a variety of different covers to choose from.
He tells MTV.com, "It’s five covers. And you get all five of them when you buy the album."

A representative for VICTORIA BECKHAM has defended the star after her new handbag collection came under fire from members of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
The animal rights group is fuming over Beckham’s latest collection, which features purses made from crocodile and lizard skin, as well as calf leather.
But a spokeswoman for the star has brushed off the criticism, insisting the accessories adhere to strict guidelines in the production process.
The rep says, "Everyone is entitled to personal opinion and choice, but as with all Victoria Beckham products, the handbags are made to the highest quality and design. These skins sit strictly within the CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) regulations, and are monitored at every step of production. The skins are farmed in America under very tight guidelines."

RIHANNA refused to include her song WHO’S THAT CHICK on her forthcoming album LOUD after deciding the dance track is too "safe".
The Bajan beauty teamed up with French house producer David Guetta for the record, in which she sings about hitting the dancefloor.
But Rihanna decided not to release it on her next album - because the charts are already dominated by songs about clubbing.
She tells EW.com, "Yeah, I know (it’s generic). And that’s why it’s a bonus track and not on Loud. It’s a great song but it’s safe. It’s like a lot of other songs out there." Rihanna is releasing Who’s That Chick as part of a campaign with snacks brand Doritos.

ROD STEWART’s son SEAN was detained by police in Los Angeles on Tuesday (19Oct10) after his car was stopped by traffic cops, who discovered an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
The 30 year old was driving through the San Fernando Valley when his car was pulled over for an alleged traffic violation.
The officers are then said to have arrested him after they found out a warrant had been issued for Stewart for allegedly driving on a suspended licence.
He was checked into a police station in Beverly Hills before being released later that evening after posting $40,000 (£26,667) bail, according to TMZ.com.
Sean is the singer’s son from his first marriage to Alana Hamilton.

A representative for CHRISTINA AGUILERA has dismissed rumours linking the newly-single singer to lesbian DJ SAMANTHA RONSON - insisting they are "nothing more" than just good friends.

Basketball star BARON DAVIS is facing a lawsuit from a photographer who alleges the sportsman threw a pile of dirt at him outside the home of actress KATE HUDSON.
The Los Angeles Clippers player was rumoured to be dating the Almost Famous star back in 2008, and a snapper who was waiting outside Hudson’s Los Angeles home that year claims an encounter with the pair left him with mud in his eye.
The unnamed photographer has filed a lawsuit alleging that as the stars returned to Hudson’s property, Davis became enraged with the waiting paparazzi and "picked up a dirt clod and threw it".
The mud is said to have hit the man in the face and he claims to have suffered damage to his eyeball as a result.
The snapper is demanding $25,000 (£16,667) in damages, according to TMZ.com.

Eighties pop star RICK ASTLEY has been blasted into the outer reaches of the Earth’s atmosphere after pranksters took their ‘Rickrolling’ campaign to new heights.
The singer has been the focus of online jokers for the last few years, who have lured music fans to websites promising exclusive videos by current artists - only to blast them with remixed versions of Astley’s song Never Gonna Give You Up, or his old video.
The trick was dubbed ‘Rickrolling’ and the internet campaign landed Astley the Best Act Ever trophy at the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards.
Now members of prank website Zug.com have taken the joke to a new level by attaching video screens and speakers to a space balloon, dubbed the ‘Astleyroid’ and shooting the device into the atmosphere to blast out the singer’s best-known hit at a height of 30,000 metres (98,425 feet).
The prank was documented on the website and a statement reads, "If we could put a man on the moon, then surely we could put an 80s pop idol into space… We turned on the speakers, which blared Rick Astley in an endless loop… It took nearly 40 minutes for the 80s pop star to fall to the Earth, which is longer than his actual career freefall."

NICKI MINAJ has laughed off reports she’s abandoned her manager SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS to work with BENNY MEDINA.
The hip-hop star was said to have parted ways with Combs to join the management roster of music guru Medina, who has helped Jennifer Lopez carve out a singing career.

THE KILLERS frontman BRANDON FLOWERS has confirmed he is "winding down" his current solo project ahead of the birth of his third child.
The singer released his own album, Flamingo, in September (10) while the band is on hiatus. He is currently on tour in the U.K. and plans to play a handful of shows in his native U.S. next month (Nov10) before ending his solo efforts.
And Flowers aims to take time off after his final gig in Michigan on 24 November (10) to spend time with his wife Tana Mundkowsky as they await the birth of their third child.
He says, "This is winding down. This is not going to be as big of a campaign as The Killers."
