RIHANNA DROPS MANAGER FOR JAY-Z’S SVENGALIS
RIHANNA is preparing for best pal KATY PERRY’s weekend (23Oct10) wedding in India in the knowledge she’ll return to the U.S. next week with a new company and management team.
The R&B superstar has parted ways with manager Marc Jordan and has signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Management.
A statement from the singer reads, "I am so excited to take this next step in my career." The move comes three years after Rihanna teamed up with Jay-Z on her biggest record Umbrella and a year after they collaborated on the hit Run This Town. Jay-Z signed the singer to Def Jam in 2005.
The 22-year-old star is also launching a new company called Rihanna Entertainment.
