N-DUBZ star FAZER’s jet-setting lifestyle has inspired a new hobby - he i s training to become a pilot.
The British singer is in awe of Hollywood actor John Travolta, who flie s his own jets on vacation, and is hoping to gain his own licence.
He tells Britain’s The Sun, "It’s no secret for anyone who watched our show Being N-Dubz that (bandmate) Dappy and I have a big thing for toy ae roplanes, but now I want to fly the real ones.
"We’re going to be like John Travolta with jumbo jets. Then we can fly off to somewhere hot any time we get a break. People will say we are just jokers and can’t fly a plane, but I know that I can do it if I put my mi nd to it."

KASABIAN frontman TOM MEIGHAN is releasing a charity single to raise fund s in honour of a young fan who died of cancer last year (09).
The singer was devastated to hear Harley Staples had lost his fight for life and vowed to help fundraise in the eight year old’s memory.
He teamed up with British band SuperEvolver to record Viva Le Revolutio n and they’re donating the profits to the Harley Staples Cancer Trust.
Meighan says, "I think if Harley was around he’d be really proud; he’d be loving it, the fact this song is for him. It keeps his memory alive; i t’s brilliant." The money raised from the track, which will be available to download fr om Monday (27Sep10), will also go to benefit UNICEF’s Pakistan Flood Chil dren’s Appeal.

British singer MICK HUCKNALL has been left devastated after a young relat ive allegedly hanged himself.
Harry Hucknall, who is thought to be the Simply Red star’s great-nephew , was found at his home in Cumbria, north-east England on Sunday night (1 9Sep10).
Local reports claim the 10 year old was being targeted by bullies at hi s school.
The singer was touring in Asia when he heard the news - and his spokesp erson tells Britain’s The Sun the star is "shocked and saddened" after le arning of the tragedy.

WYCLEF JEAN has officially withdrawn his candidacy for the Haitian presid ency.
Lawmakers ruled last month (Aug10) that the hip-hop star would not be e ligible for the upcoming November (10) election in his native country bec ause he didn’t meet residency requirements.
The Gone Till November hitmaker was left fuming over the decision, beli eving himself to be fully eligible to be on the ballot - and vowed to app eal the decision through Haiti’s courts.
But on Tuesday (21Sep10) Wyclef announced he was ending his presidency bid.
In a statement to CBS News, he says, "After weeks of quiet but painstak ing reflection with my wife and daughter, I have chosen to end my bid for the presidency of Haiti.
"This was not an easy conclusion to reach; but it is one that was thoug htfully made, taking into account many, many competing factors and weighi ng the course that will best advance the healing of the country and help it find the quickest path to recovery." Despite his failed bid to preside over the country - which is still rec overing from January’s (10) devastating earthquake - Jean is still please d he put himself in the running.
He adds, "Though my run for the presidency was cut short, in this way, I feel it was not in vain. It’s something we can use to improve condition s for my Haitian brothers and sisters."

Oscar winner ADRIEN BRODY is an odd choice to front the latest issue of C igar Aficionado magazine because he quit smoking a decade ago.
The Pianist star was asked to pose with a cigar for the photoshoot acco mpanying his new interview but he refused to puff away for fear it would re-spark his bad habit.
He says, "I like them, but if I have one, I’m afraid it would lead me t o start smoking cigarettes again. I got hooked on cigarettes making a mov ie when I was 19. I’d played around with them before, but that movie hook ed me.
"I quit 10 years ago. I smoke cigarettes in roles all the time and it’s very challenging. I’ll tell you, it’s very comfortable to have a cigar i n my hand. I was in St. Petersburg recently and everyone was smoking Cohi bas. And I love that smell."

Actress DREW BARRYMORE has signed up to star in an upcoming Bollywood mov ie, according to a new report.
The Charlie’s Angel’s star has joined the cast of The Lifestyle, direct ed by Santosh Kumar Jain, reports the Hindustan Times.
The moviemaker says, "I really liked her performance in Charlie’s Angel s and decided to cast her in my film. Fortunately, she liked the script a nd agreed instantly.
"The film is about three women from different walks of life, trying to assert their identities. Drew plays the role of a foreigner in the film. The other two will be top Indian actresses." The movie is set to be released in 2012.

TWILIGHT movie executives have denied reports the upcoming BREAKING DAWN films will be released in 3D.
The franchise’s leading actress Kristen Stewart prompted speculation ea rlier this summer (10) that the pictures would be shot with the latest te chnology for a 3D cinema release, saying, "I think it would be awesome." But Summit Entertainment chiefs insist the rumour concerning the two Br eaking Dawn films, set for release next year (11) and in 2012, is "fabric ated".
A representative for the company tells GossipCop.com, "Neither film is being shot in 3D."

Australian actress JODI GORDON has defended soap opera HOME AND AWAY afte r a sexy episode was ruled "too raunchy" by officials at New Zealand’s br oadcasting watchdog.
In a March (10) installment of the show two characters, Liam and Martha - played by Axle Whitehead and Gordon - were seen kissing passionately a s he removed her bathrobe, showing her bra.
It provoked outrage from some viewers, who complained to chiefs at the Broadcasting Standards Authority - and earlier this week (begs20Sep10), t he watchdog ruled the scene was inappropriate for its "general viewing" c lassification and 5.30pm timeslot.
They added that the episode was "sexually charged" and "did not observe standards of good taste and decency".
Home and Away bosses have avoided a penalty as it’s the first time a co mplaint has been upheld against the show - but Gordon has brushed off the controversy.
Speaking on The Kyle & Jackie O radio show, she says, "You know what, H ome and Away create the best story lines and are so tasteful in everythin g they do, and when I saw that (story) on the internet the other day I th ought, ‘That’s so strange’."

And the socialite has vowed to quit alcohol after losing custody of her son earlier this month (Sep10), following her divorce from sports agent David Gardner.
She adds, "I will never drink again. My child will never see me drunk."

MICHAEL DOUGLAS was hoping to keep his cancer battle a secret - until he realised his intensive treatment would affect promotion for WALL STREET: MONEY NEVER SLEEPS.
The actor was determined to keep the health news to himself following h is diagnosis with throat cancer last month (Aug10).
But when doctors advised him to undergo intensive chemotherapy and radi ation treatment, Douglas realised he’d have to tell movie bosses.
He tells Britain’s Daily Mirror, "When I got my biopsy result I wondere d if I could keep it to myself, but then I knew what my programme would b e - eight weeks of intense radiation combined with chemotherapy overlappi ng with the premiere - I realised I’d have to tell the studio." Late actor DENNIS HOPPER’s valuable works of art are set to go up for auc tion in New York - and they’re expected to fetch $13 million (=C2=A38.3 m illion).
The creations came under the spotlight before the Easy Rider star’s dea th in May (10), when he filed legal papers accusing his estranged wife Vi ctoria Duffy of stealing art pieces from him while he was battling cancer ..
The collection included a portrait of the actor by Andy Warhol, and wor ks by Robert Graham and British graffiti artist Banksy.
And now Hopper’s pieces are set to go under the hammer - with the perso nal Warhol portrait expected to fetch $1.2 million (=C2=A3770,000).
Marc Porter, chairman of auction house Christie’s, says, "Dennis Hopper was the consummate creator. His pensive, personal collection of art refl ected his strong, deep bonds with the artists whose work he collected." Two sales of Hopper’s pieces will take place; in November (10) and next January (11).

British actress SADIE FROST is proud she’s forged such a "good relationsh ip" with JUDE LAW following their split - because their marriage breakdow n left her in a "dark" place.
The couple, who met on the set of 1994 movie Shopping, wed in 1997 and had three children together.
However, their marriage crumbled and they divorced in 2003 - and Frost admits she struggled to cope in the aftermath of the split.
She tells Britain’s Closer magazine, "I talk about him being the love o f my life and how difficult it was for that relationship to finish becaus e I never expected it to - especially so suddenly with three young childr en.
"I coped with it pretty badly and I had to kind of just keep going and pretend to myself that everything was okay, but now I can be reflective. Quite a few years have passed and I can look back and say, ‘Actually, it was a really dark time and I was in a lot of pain and I was very scared a nd very alone.’" The two stars have since established an amicable relationship for the s ake of their kids - and Frost hopes their attitude will prove inspiration al for other divorced parents.
She adds, "We still have a very good relationship considering everythin g we’ve been through… Time heals and I have moved on now and I think ho pefully that can be inspirational for some people because when you are br oken-hearted and depressed and also suffering from postnatal depression, you never think you are going to feel okay again."

"I’m still looking forward to a good glass of wine when I get my taste buds back… my plans are to lick this cancer but it will probably take f our or five months.
"I’ve always prided myself on putting as much as I possibly can into ev erything I do and I’m going to beat this."

DAVID HASSELHOFF’s dancing dreams are over - the former BAYWATCH star has become the first contestant to be voted off the new season of DANCING WI TH THE STARS.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN’s one-time drummer has been sacked from his new band.
Jay Weinberg, 20, who briefly replaced his dad Max Weinberg in The Boss ‘ E Street Band last year (09), has been kicked out off heavy metal act M adball.
A statement from frontman Freddy Cricien reads, "I’m letting Jay go… because I just feel he doesn’t represent this band well on a character le vel. It would go against my own code of ethics to keep him around.
"(I’m) not saying he’s a bad drummer… but the reality is he has a lot to learn about paying dues, and about life in general… I’m not sure th at he’ll ever be built for this particular lifestyle. Electronic dance music duo GROOVE ARMADA are planning to retire from live performances after their upcoming U.K. tour.
Tom Findlay and Andy Cato formed the acclaimed act in the mid-1990s and they became a popular European festival draw - but the pair is quitting life on the road following their trek next month (Oct10).

Country music star DIERKS BENTLEY raised $50,000 (=C2=A333,300) for chari ty at a rain-soaked biker rally show in Seattle, Washington on Saturday ( 18Sep10).
The 34 year old battled through torrential rain to perform at the Miles & Music for Kids motorcycle ride and concert, which was staged to raise funds for Seattle Children’s Hospital.
He says, "Rainy days aren’t typically when most people are itching to g et out the motorcycle for a leisurely afternoon ride. We’ve come to learn over the last few years of putting these rides on that motorcycle riders may look big and bad, but they have a heart of gold, and it would take a lot more than a little rain to deter them."
