COLLINS IS A DANGER WITH A KNIFE

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:54 am

Rocker PHIL COLLINS has to evacuate the room whenever he has to use a kni fe because the nerve damage he’s suffered to his hands makes him a danger in the kitchen.
The Genesis star, 59, was forced to stop drumming altogether last year (09) because of pain to his spinal cord, which has wreaked havoc on the n erves to his arms and hands.
He can now only play the drums if he tapes them to him - but Collins ad mits banging away on the instrument is the least of his worries.
He tells the New York Times Magazine, "I can’t play anywhere near like I used to, and I was a hot drummer.
"It doesn’t bother me, because frankly, if you get to that point where you can’t hold a drumstick properly, there are many other things in life which are far more important, like cutting a loaf of bread or a piece of cheese. When I do those things, I have to issue a warning - stand back! E verybody leaves the room. I don’t care about music as much."

I was like, ‘What did you eat?’ "I had to walk back to get her because she was sitting with the nanny a nd trying to sleep and that whole plane smelled really bad.
