ROBERTS: ‘HUSBAND IS HAPPY WITH MY EXTRA WEIGHT’
JULIA ROBERTS is in no rush to lose the weight she gained while filming E AT, PRAY, LOVE because her cameraman husband is happy with her curvier ph ysique.
The actress piled on the pounds while scoffing pasta and pizza on set i n Italy, convinced the extra weight would fall off when the shoot switche d to India - but it never happened.
Roberts tells The Sun newspaper, "I gained 10 pounds for this movie and I thought I’d hurt myself trying to get my jeans on.
"I packed on the weight during the Italy part of the shoot, but then pe ople said, ‘Oh, you’ll lose it when you film in India.’ Somehow I didn’t get that memo." But Roberts’ new look has won the seal of approval from her husband-of- eight years Danny Moder - he has convinced her that men aren’t concerned with how their wives look in the bedroom.
She adds, "I believe that guys don’t care about what you look like nake d. Anyway, that’s what dimmer switches are for!"
