PALLETT SLAMS SEYMOUR AND BRANT’S RECONCILIATION
Former supermodel STEPHANIE SEYMOUR’s reconciliation with husband PETER B RANT has been criticised by his alleged mistress, who insists the reunion is not "genuine".
The retired catwalk beauty spent months locked in an ugly spat with the publishing mogul following their split last year (09) as they attempted to thrash out the details of their separation and custody arrangements fo r their three children.
But the pair surprised officials on Monday (20Sep10) by withdrawing the ir divorce petition and insisting they are back together and ready to giv e their marriage another go.
And now Alyssa Pallett, who claims she enjoyed an 18-month fling with B rant, has slammed the couple’s decision to call off their divorce - liken ing it to nothing more than a "business deal".
She tells New York Post’s gossip column Page Six, "They deserve each ot her - I don=E2=80=99t think it=E2=80=99s genuine. It=E2=80=99s just way t oo sudden. I think more likely they worked out some sort of deal, like it was strictly business. That would be like him.
"Peter treated our relationship like a business deal, where if you do t his, I=E2=80=99ll give you that… At this point, she=E2=80=99s probably so drained that she=E2=80=99ll take it, if he gave her a good deal.=E2=80 =9D But Seymour and Brant have released a joint statement slamming Pallett’ s comments: "This woman knows nothing about our personal situation, and h er thoughts and opinions about us are meaningless.=E2=80=9D (KD/WNWCPS/LR
