BULLOCK GRATEFUL FOR FRIENDS’ SUPPORT DURING SECRET ADOPTION
SANDRA BULLOCK is thankful she has been blessed with such good friends in life - because they helped keep her adoption a secret.
The Blind Side star revealed in April (10) that she and her then-husban d Jesse James had secretly welcomed baby Louis into the family in January (10).
And she’s still impressed that her family and friends managed to keep t he big news from the media - until Bullock was ready to reveal all in Apr il (10).
In a TV interview to air in America on Tuesday morning (31Aug10), the a ctress says, "It takes good people with integrity. I read something like, ‘How did someone keep a secret…?’ Human beings exist that have integri ty, that know how to keep their mouth shut.
"(I have friends) that know the bigger picture, that don’t sell out the ir friends. Those people are all over the place. I was blessed with the s ame friends I’ve had since before things got really special for me and bl essed in life. And when things get bad, they’re still the same friends." But Bullock has a stark warning for any pals that are considering selli ng stories on her: "They know if they screw up they’re not coming on the next vacation. I’m not going to babysit their kids. I will cut them. I wi ll take them down."
