PERRY’S TEENAGE DREAM SMELLS SO SWEET
KATY PERRY fans are in for a sweet-smelling treat - the kitschy pop singe r has scented her new album to smell like cotton candy.
Perry’s new release Teenage Dream is expected to hit the number one spo t in its first week on release next week (01Sep10).
And the California Gurls singer is giving fans sweet incentive to buy i t - they’ll get whiffs of spun sugar when they open the album.
She says, "I had this idea to have the actual booklet of the CD scented , which is something I had never heard of anyone else doing, and especial ly since the (cover) picture was of me on a cotton candy cloud. I said, ‘ Can we make this happen?’ You know I always have these crazy ideas… and it happened!"
