U2 FINED FOR BREACHING REHEARSALS RULES
U2 have been fined in Spain for playing too loud for too long.
Barcelona officials took offence to the Irish band’s rehearsals for the ir 360=C2=BA Tour in a soccer stadium last year (09) when they ran two ho urs past their allocated time slot - and it’s going to cost the rockers.
According to the Associated Press, Bono and his bandmates have been tol d they must pay a fine of $22,000 (GBP14,600).
