BEHEMOTH singer/guitarist ADAM ‘NERGAL’ DARSKI is suffering from a life-t hreatening form of leukaemia and is urgently seeking a bone-marrow transp lant.
The Polish heavy metal rockers have cancelled their European and Americ an tours after Darski was hospitalised at Poland’s Gdansk Medical Univers ity Hospital earlier this month (Aug10) with a mystery illness. The group refused to go into details about his ailment.
But now the musician has confirmed he is suffering from cancer and the disease has become so advanced chemotherapy will no longer work, reports Blabbermouth.net.
Darski’s fiancee, Polish singer Doda, has reportedly already offered to donate her bone marrow but the tissue type didn’t match.
