MICHAEL BAY’s attorney has hit back at a lawsuit which alleges a bodyguar d working for the director was involved in a violent altercation with two men in Los Angeles - branding the claims "ridiculous".
Joshua Stewart and Paul Klimczak are suing Bay over an alleged incident in 2008 in which they fought with a man they claim worked as a security guard for the Transformers filmmaker.
The plaintiffs claim they were rendered unconscious after the unnamed m an hit them both over the head with a pistol outside an L.A. nightclub. T hey allegedly sought medical treatment for broken bones and teeth.
Stewart and Klimczak insist Bay should be held accountable for the inci dent because the employee was under his control at the time.
But Bay’s lawyer Marty Singer has blasted the suit, insisting his clien t has never employed a personal guard.
He tells GossipCop.com, "(The lawsuit is) ridiculous. (Bay) did not hav e a security guard that night - or any other night. He had dinner with si x other couples at a restaurant nearby."
