PHISH FAN IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER CONCERT FALL
PHISH’s reunion show at New York’s Jones Beach theatre on Wednesday night (18Aug10) was marred by the hospitalisation of a fan who fell from a bal cony at the venue.
The unidentified man plummeted 25 feet (7.62 meters) to the floor of th e theatre during the band’s set.
Eyewitnesses claim the shirtless fan fell headfirst over a railing.
He suffered head trauma and has been listed in critical condition at Na ssau University Medical Center. No one else was injured.
