DUFF NOT WORRIED ABOUT TIME APART FROM COMRIE
Newlywed singer/actress HILARY DUFF is unfazed by the thought of spending days apart from her husband, ice hockey star MIKE COMRIE - because the d istance will make them more appreciative of one another.
The So Yesterday star exchanged vows with the Canadian sportsman last w eekend (14Aug10) in an intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.
The couple is preparing to split its time between Duff’s base in Los An geles and Comrie’s work commitments for the National Hockey League (NHL), which takes him all across North America - but the blonde beauty insists the time apart will benefit their marriage.
She tells America’s OK! magazine, "We’ll stay in L.A. I’ll probably spe nd a lot of time wherever he is. We make a really big effort to see each other - the most time we’ve (spent) apart is three weeks.
"It’s nice, too, to have that time to actually miss someone. It makes y ou appreciate them more."
