Bad boy actor DAVID BOREANAZ has been slapped with a sexual harassment la wsuit from a former extra on his hit TV show BONES.
Kristina Hagan has hired top celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred to represen t her, and accuses Boreanaz of sending her "sexually inappropriate text m essages" in August 2009, when they began filming the crime drama together ..
According to the legal papers, obtained by TMZ.com, Hagan shared a car ride with the former Buffy The Vampire Slayer star last September (09) an d told her he was "the boss" and could "make things happen for her".
The suit goes on to claim that Boreanaz parked the car and "attempted t o kiss her and touch her breasts", only for the actress to push him away.
But her refusal to engage in Boreanaz’s allegedly bad behaviour didn’t stop the star from continuing - he reportedly "unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated".
He is said to have repeated his actions in another incident that month, when he is claimed to have fondled Hagan in his trailer before he "mastu rbated in front of her".
Hagan has also named bosses at the Fox network and the production compa ny behind Bones in the suit, claiming they failed to take preventative ac tion against the star’s behaviour.
Boreanaz has yet to comment on the reports.
The legal action will do little to help Boreanaz’s efforts to salvage h is marriage to former Playboy Playmate Jaime Bergman - the couple is in c ounselling after he confessed to cheating on his wife of nine years.
The actor revealed in May (10) that he had been unfaithful after a form er mistress threatened to go public with their affair.

Rap superstar EMINEM stunned fans at RIHANNA’s Los Angeles concert on Wed nesday night (21Jul10) when he stepped on stage to perform a surprise col laboration with the Bajan beauty.

American thrash metal band MUNICIPAL WASTE has been forced to cancel its planned European tour due to "an unforeseen family emergency".
Singer Tony Foresta, guitarist Ryan Waste, bassist Land Phil and drumme r Dave Witte finished the North American leg of their Waste of the World trek in December (10) - and the band was planning to jet to Europe in the coming months.
But frontman Foresta recently logged on to social networking website Tw itter.com to break the news to fans, although he failed to give any furth er explanation.
He wrote: "Sorry to cancel Europe. We’ll make it up to you. Family firs t!" A full statement is expected within the next few days, reports MetalHam mer.co.uk.

Pop legends BONEY M were forced to drop one of their most famous hits fro m their set at a music festival in Palestine this week (begs19Jul10) afte r event officials objected to the song’s biblical references.
The ’70s group took to the stage in Ramallah on the West Bank as part o f the 2010 Palestinian International Festival but they were asked to omit Rivers of Babylon from their show because of religious tensions between the Muslim and Jewish communities in the area.
Israel’s occupation of the West Bank has long been an issue of contenti on, with Palestinians questioning the Jewish claim to the Holy Land.
Festival organisers decided the track’s references to the Book of Psalm s, detailing the Jewish people’s desire to return to the biblical land of Israel, "inappropriate" for the event and requested Boney M skip the tun e, reports the Associated Press.
But the decision left the group disappointed because Rivers of Babylon is always a fan favourite.
Frontwoman Maizie Williams says, "I don’t know if it is a political thi ng or what, but they asked us not to do it and we were a bit disappointed that we could not do it because we know that everybody loves this song n o matter what."

Rapper KID CUDI has quit hard drugs following his arrest last month (Jun1 0) for possession of a controlled substance.
The Day ‘N Nite hitmaker, real name Scott Mescudi, was taken into custo dy in June (10) after allegedly smashing a woman’s cellphone and breaking the door of her apartment off its hinges.
Cops found a glass bottle of a controlled substance at the scene and he was charged with the drug count, in addition to felony criminal mischief .. Reports suggested the substance was liquid cocaine.
Cudi addressed the controversy during a concert in Brooklyn, New York o n Tuesday (20Jul10) when he spoke out to clear up rumours about his drug use, reports AllHipHop.com.
He assured fans he had kicked his more serious vices and was now just a marijuana addict, insisting he was not planning on joining the list of t ragic musicians who lost their lives at the age of 27.

Rapper LLOYD BANKS has had assault charges filed against him in Canada di smissed.
The G-Unit star, real name Christopher Lloyd, and three of his associat es were taken into custody by police in Ontario in January (10) on suspic ion of beating up club promoter Chris Hines.
Hines claimed Banks showed up 90 minutes late to play a gig at the NV n ightclub and was upset to discover many fans had already left. Banks is t hen believed to have cut his set short, prompting an argument between the rapper and Hines over his booking fee.
The promoter alleged he was later confronted by a group of four men, in cluding Banks, upon his return to his hotel room and the reported attack left him needing hospital treatment for his injuries.
Banks denied the claims and Justice Michael Epstein ruled in his favour last week (ends16Jul10) after one of the other suspects, Nicklas Sloane, pleaded guilty to assault.
Sloane was fined $2,500 (=C2=A31,670), prompting the judge to dismiss a ll charges against Banks and his two other defendants.
The rapper’s U.S. lawyer Scott Leemon tells AllHipHop.com, "Banks would like to thank his Canadian counsel, Patrick Ducharme, and the authoritie s in Ontario for doing ‘the right thing’. After a careful and neutral eva luation of the facts, it is good to see that the system actually worked."

Rapper FOXY BROWN has been charged with public lewdness and harassment af ter allegedly violating a protection order banning her from approaching a neighbour in her native New York.
The hip-hop star, real name Inga Marchand, was arrested on Wednesday (2 1Jul10) following a reported confrontation with a local resident.
Brown is accused of yelling at the neighbour, breaching one of the term s of the official order, before allegedly bending over and baring her bot tom at her rival, reports TMZ.com.
According to the police complaint, obtained by the website, Brown repor tedly screamed, "You dirty b**ch… what are you looking at?" and then "b ent over and thrust (her) buttocks at the (neighbour) while shouting… ‘ kiss my a**’." The troubled rapper has now been hit with the two charges, in addition to one count of criminal contempt.
However, Brown’s lawyer Bernadette Brennan has blasted the allegations, insisting it was the neighbour who approached the rapper first after see ing her rehearsing for a show outside their properties.
Brennan told TMZ.com her client ignored the screaming neighbour and the n went inside her building to avoid any further confrontation.
Brown is being held on $5,000 (=C2=A33,330) bail.

American TV producer JOE BOSTON has died, aged 74.
Boston passed away in Torrance, California on 14 July (10). No further details regarding his cause of death had been released as WENN went to pr ess.
He began his small screen career as an assistant director on U.S. TV sh ows including Ironside and Marcus Welby M.D.
Boston went on to produce other programmes including Sword of Justice, BJ and the Bear, The Master and 1970s series The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew My steries.
Boston is survived by his wife Nancy, a daughter, two grandchildren and a sister.

The Spider-Man 3 actress fears she was of no help to new mums strugglin g with the condition - and she should have just stared at the camera blan kly in an effort to explain how she felt.
Opening up on pal Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle and wellbeing website GOO P.com as part of an article about post-partum depression, Howard writes, "I recently saw an interview I did on TV while promoting a film. In it, I was asked about my experience with post-partum depression and, as I watc hed, I cringed.
"I said things like, ‘It was a nightmare,’ or, ‘I felt like I was in a black hole’. But I couldn’t even begin to express my true feelings… As I watched, it dawned on me if I had been able to truthfully convey my ord eal with post-partum depression under the glare of those lights, I most l ikely would have said no words at all. I simply would have stared at the interviewer with an expression of deep, deep loss." Now, three years removed from the height of her severe low, the actress admits she feared she and her son would die.
She explains that the first night she was left alone with her baby, whe n her actor husband Seth Gabel flew off to shoot a film, she tried to bre astfeed her son - but the stitches from delivery made the whole process i ncreasingly more painful and she felt incompetent and helpless.
She remembers, "It was less than a week after the birth, and I still re fused to take even Aleve (mild painkiller) for fear of how it might affec t my milk. Theo woke up next to me, and I knew I needed to begin breastfe eding.
"Because of the stitches, moving even an inch sent daggers of pain tear ing through my body. I tried to sit, but finally gave up and lay still as my tiny son cried. I thought, ‘I’m going to die here, lying next to my n ewborn son. I am literally going to die tonight.’"

Actor-turned-singer KEVIN COSTNER has dropped a multi-million dollar laws uit against a music promoter he accused of reneging on a deal to book sho ws for his band.
The Bodyguard star fronts the Kevin Costner Band in between making movi es and signed an agreement with bosses at Mahee Worldwide Ventures Inc. t o secure five concerts a year for the group and keep their website update d.
But the deal turned sour and Costner sued the company in a Los Angeles court in 2007, alleging the promoters failed to honour the contract to su pport his music career.
However, the $8.5 million (=C2=A35.7 million) case has now been dismiss ed, according to court filings lodged last week (ends16Jul10). No further details were given in the legal documents.
The lawsuit had been delayed for years after Mahee’s bosses filed for b ankruptcy.

MICHAEL LOHAN’s lawyer has blasted a report suggesting LINDSAY LOHAN’s es tranged father is facing a count of harassment following allegations he a ttacked his fiancee, insisting "no charges have been filed".
Kate Major, a former tabloid reporter, filed a police complaint with Ne w York authorities on Monday (19Jul10), accusing Michael Lohan of pushing her over a chair and injuring her shoulder in a fight that afternoon.
Major claims the famous father then reportedly kicked her in the face a s she lay on the ground. She is said to have incriminating photo evidence of the damage Michael supposedly inflicted upon her.
TMZ.com reports the born-again Christian is now facing a count of secon d degree harassment following an investigation by officers at the Southam pton Police Department.
The website goes on to claim has been ordered to appear in court for hi s arraignment on 18 August (10).
However, Michael’s lawyer Lisa Bloom has blasted the report, insisting her client has not been charged and has "never physically abused" Major.
A statement released on Thursday (22Jul10) reads, "Michael Lohan 100 pe r cent denies each and every one of Kate Major=E2=80=99s allegations. He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physical ly abused her in any way.
"Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument between Michae l and Kate in the early afternoon on Monday. Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years.

GWYNETH PALTROW and BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD have teamed up to offer new mums advice on how to cope with post-natal depression.
Paltrow battled the illness after the birth of son Moses, her second ch ild, in 2006, while The Village actress Howard recently admitted she too had gone through a period of depression after she welcomed her first chil d, Theo, in 2007.
The pair is offering fans help with the devastating condition in Paltro w’s Goop newsletter, with the Oscar winner opening up about the "darkest and most painfully debilitating" time of her life.
She writes, "When my son, Moses, came into the world in 2006, I expecte d to have another period of euphoria following his birth, much the way I had when my daughter was born two years earlier. Instead I was confronted with one of the darkest and most painfully debilitating chapters of my l ife. For about five months I had, what I can see in hindsight as postnata l depression, and since that time, I have wanted to know more about it. N ot only from a hormonal and scientific standpoint, and why so many of us experience it, but from the perspective of other women who have gone thro ugh it." Howard goes on to reveal how she "felt nothing" at her son’s arrival, a nd went through months of "shower breakdowns" where she would hide her em otional outbursts in the bathroom.
She later admits she found Brooke Shields’ book on her own struggle wit h post-natal depression a "revelation".
Paltrow has also enlisted the help of two female doctors to offer reade rs a medical analysis of the condition.

KATY PERRY has become the latest celebrity to launch a perfume line - she is preparing to debut a feline-themed fragrance later this year (10).
The singer, who has long talked of her love of cats, will release Purr by Katy Perry in November (10), which comes in a cat-shaped bottle with j ewelled eyes and contains aromas of peach, apple and bamboo.
Perry is adamant she is not just following a celebrity trend by launchi ng her own fragrance, admitting she has been busy planning the project fo r a year.
She tells Women’s Wear Daily, "There are amazing fragrances backed by o ther celebrities, but what I’m bringing is not like any other.
"It wasn’t just like, ‘I love gardenias.’ That would have been the easy route. I really wanted to develop a scent that was completely unlike any thing I’d smelled before and not one that smelled like a knockoff of anot her scent. I’d never want to do anything ‘just because’…
"I saw a lot of my peers getting into this world, and, as with my music , I thought I could bring my touch to the category and make it competitiv e… It just seemed logical (to launch a perfume). The hardest part was k eeping it under wraps for a year during the development process. I kept w anting to tell someone!" Perry also reveals the reasoning behind the scent’s name, adding, "I’m a very lyrical-based person, and the whole ‘purr’ thing kept coming back - the sound is in perfume, perfect, even Perry if you say it a certain wa y."

Rapper DMX has separated from his wife just two weeks after his release f rom prison, according to reports.
The hip-hop star, real name Earl Simmons, has endured numerous brushes with the law in recent years and spent four months in jail for violating his probation stemming from a previous drug conviction. He walked free on 6 July (10).
DMX’s partner, Tashera Simmons, who wed the rapper in 1999, has stood b y her husband throughout his troubles, but has now called time on their r elationship, according to Allhiphop.com.
Tashera is said to have confirmed the separation to the website and ann ounced plans for a new reality TV series, which will show her rebuilding her life with the couple’s four children following the split.
