I was only young, 28 years old, and it was a life-changing event for me. I got paid $17,000 for it, which was a lot of money at the time.
"Then one night I went to the Playboy Club with Lou Adler, who was the film’s producer, and I won =C2=A317,000 in the casino. I only walked in w ith =C2=A340 and all of a sudden I was rich. That money enabled me to liv e in London for a while after the movie ended."
