KIM KARDASHIAN has begged a fan not to go through with cosmetic surgery i n a bid to look like the socialite.
The Hollywood glamour queen admits she’s flattered that one admirer is prepared to go to great lengths to look like her, but she’s determined to stop it.
Kardashian took to Twitter.com on Saturday (24Jul10) to respond to a fa n who is hoping to look just like her in a bid to keep her husband.
The fan previously tweeted, "I’m getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won’t leave me. He worship s her." Kardashian responded, "Pls don’t. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don’t try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside and out! Just as u are (sic)."
