JAMES WINS RIGHT TO MOVE DAUGHTER TO TEXAS
JESSE JAMES has won his ongoing custody battle against ex-wife JANINE LIN DEMULDER and has been granted permission to move his daughter to Texas.
The disgraced TV mechanic will move to the state on 31 July (10) to be closer to his former wife Sandra Bullock and her adopted son Louis.
Bullock moved to Austin, Texas following news of her then-husband’s all eged infidelities earlier this year (10).
Porn star Lindemulder asked a judge to ban James from moving from Calif ornia with their daughter Sunny, arguing that Bullock has no interest in continuing a relationship with the youngster. Bullock and James were gran ted full guardianship of the six year old in early 2009, after Lindemulde r was sentenced to six months in jail for tax evasion.
On Tuesday (20Jul10), James was officially handed physical custody of S unny, although both parents will share legal custody.
But Lindemulder has been told she can have physical custody of the chil d until she starts school in Texas in September (10).
Following the ruling, the porn star started sobbing, screaming, "I’ll m ove, I’ll move!" Speaking outside the court she tells TMZ.com, "Someday I will be her mo ther again."
