She tells Zap2It.com, "I’m enraged. I’m not even mad anymore. Coming do wn here I was angry, and leaving this place tomorrow, I am enraged and sh ocked that any of what’s going on down here is legal in the first place.
"Why can’t the people who live here and the people who are affected get in and help? Everyone is clamouring to volunteer. Everyone is saying we’ ll go out on the boats and we’ll go on the beaches and we’ll go pick up o il. BP has told everybody that you’ve got to go through a Hazmat certific ation course, which they’re not offering, and unless you have a Hazmat su it and the training, you can’t go out on the beach. (But) we watched thes e guys (BP workers) walking around on the beaches wearing no protective g ear other than plastic gloves and rain boots." The actress is also calling on fans to push government authorities to c ome up with a clean energy alternative to oil, adding: "In the end, this isn’t about celebrities putting their face on the cause. We have to write our congress. We have to write our senate. We have to petition our presi dent… It’s time to make some noise. We all have to scream and yell and stomp our feet. Someone is going to listen."

KRISTEN STEWART hopes the final TWILIGHT movies will be shot in 3D - beca use she thinks "it would be awesome" for the vampire characters to become more life-like.
The actress, who plays Bella Swan in the franchise, is preparing to sta rt work on the final installment, Breaking Dawn, which will be split into two separate films.
And Stewart is urging the movie’s producers to consider adopting the th ree-dimensional technique, which has already been seen in box office hits Avatar and Alice In Wonderland.
She tells MTV News, "I’m probably speaking out of line or whatever, but I think it would be awesome. Nobody knows what it’s like to look through the eyes of a vampire. What if (Bella) opens her eyes to this extraordin ary world? It could be cool… It wouldn’t be the whole thing. It would b e parts."

The funnymen behind GLEE are set to be honoured for their work on the ser ies at the upcoming Just For Laughs comedy festival.

SANDRA BULLOCK was a surprise addition to the bill at a charity gig in Na shville, Tennessee on Tuesday night (22Jun10) - the actress took to the s tage with a guitar to help raise money.
The star-studded Nashville Rising benefit show was organised by Bullock ’s The Blind Side co-star Tim McGraw and his wife Faith Hill to help thos e affected by the recent flooding in the city.
The line-up featured big-name stars including Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift , LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood, but fans were stunned when Hollywood actress Bullock stepped on to the stage, according to People.com.
Armed with an acoustic guitar, Bullock told the crowd, "I’m going to br ing the house down. And I’m going to do it Nashville style!" She then picked out the first few notes of Deep Purple’s Smoke on The W ater, before giving up with the admission, "I can’t play for c**p!" The concert also featured a brief appearance from another Hollywood sta r - Reese Witherspoon, who hails from New Orleans, Louisiana, taped a vid eo message which was played at the show, in which she told the audience, "(In Nashville) we get together and take care of each other." The event raised an estimated $3 million (=C2=A32 million) to help floo d victims rebuild their communities.

Notorious actor ROBERT BLAKE is facing further financial woes after filin g for bankruptcy in 2006 - he allegedly owes more than $1.1 million (=C2=A3 730,000) in unpaid taxes to the state of California.
The In Cold Blood star became infamous for his troubled personal life w hen he was tried and acquitted of murder in 2005 following the death of h is wife Bonnie Lee Bakley.
Bakley’s three children filed a civil suit against Blake and he was ord ered to pay $30 million (=C2=A320 million) after he was found liable for her wrongful death.
Blake filed for bankruptcy in February, 2006 while struggling to pay of f almost =C2=A33 million (=C2=A32 million) in unpaid state and federal ta xes as well as his mounting legal fees.
According to the Detroit News, the star is being chased for even furthe r debts - he’s been hit with a new tax lien, filed in Los Angeles, for $1 ..1 million (=C2=A3730,000) in back taxes.

TUPAC SHAKUR’s song DEAR MAMA and R.E.M’s track RADIO FREE EUROPE have be en declared American national treasures - the records will be added to a U.S. archive of culturally significant recordings.
The songs are among 25 new additions to the Library of Congress’ Nation al Recording Registry, a government archive which preserves audio documen ts considered important for future generations.
There are only 300 recordings currently in the collection.
Shakur’s song was lauded as a "moving and eloquent homage to both his o wn mother and all mothers struggling to maintain a family in the face of addiction, poverty and societal indifference" by members of the National Recording Preservation Board.
Other entries this year (10) include Willie Nelson’s 1975 album Red Hea ded Stranger, comedian Bill Cosby’s 1964 comedy compilation I Started Out As A Child, and Patti Smith’s debut 1975 album Horses.

THE RAMONES drummer MARKY RAMONE is taking legal action in a bid to secur e his share of the band’s royalties.
The punk legend - real name Marc Bell - claims he signed a deal in 2005 that entitles him to regular payments, but alleges he has not received a ny fees since 2008.
He’s suing the executives responsible for distributing the royalties, a ccusing them of snubbing the contract, according to the lawsuit he filed on Tuesday (22Jun10) in New York Supreme Court.
The rocker is demanding the $175,000 (=C2=A3117,000) he claims he’s owe d, as well as $1 million (=C2=A3667,000) in punitive damages, reports TMZ ..com.

Bosses at Ramage Construction have filed a lawsuit against the Gibsons, who legally separated in 2006, alleging the former couple owes a combine d $6,631 (=C2=A34,420) for building work at their Malibu, California resi dence and for drafting plans for another property.

Latino TV host RAUL DE MOLINA was left fearing for his life during a safa ri trip in South Africa last weekend (12-13Jun10) after his car caught fi re and forced him out into the lion enclosure.
The Emmy Award-winning presenter, best known for hosting El Gordo y la Flaca on U.S. channel Univision, is in South Africa covering the ongoing World Cup soccer tournament.
But his attempt to take time out from his busy schedule with a relaxing outing to see the country’s wildlife went awry - and ended in a trip to the hospital.
De Molina tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, "The car kept sta lling with the lions running freely around. I could see smoke coming out of the hood, and after 15 minutes the car started burning. I knew it was a no-win situation. If I stayed in the car I was going to die, and if I l eave, then a lion would eat me. But because of the smoke I had to get out .. I thought someone would rescue me, but 30 minutes later I was still wai ting. The safari ranger had told me that 10 years ago, a Chinese tourist had got out of his car and was eaten alive." Luckily the Cuban star was saved from the lions by a South African fami ly who escorted him away from danger in their car.
De Molina was admitted to hospital and treated for smoke inhalation bef ore getting back to work.

An obsessed fan who allegedly spent two years shadowing LAW & ORDER: CRIM INAL INTENT star KATHRYN ERBE has been charged with federal interstate st alking.
Charles Nagel, 36, was arrested in his home city of Philadelphia, Penns ylvania in March (10) following accusations he bombarded her with creepy love letters and twice turned up at the set of her hit TV show in New Yor k City.
Nagel is alleged to have sent messages to the actress through the mail and using social networking sites, also contacting her 14-year-old daught er and her brother, causing "substantial emotional distress", according t o the legal complaint.
Prosecutors charged him with federal interstate stalking at a court hea ring in Brooklyn, New York on Tuesday (22Jun10). He faces five years in p rison if convicted.

HARRY POTTER star DANIEL RADCLIFFE is following up his stint as the boy w izard with the lead role in a remake of classic war movie ALL QUIET ON TH E WESTERN FRONT.
The British actor, who wrapped shooting on the final Potter films this month (Jun10), will play a World War I soldier stationed in the trenches of northern France in the new adaptation, based on the novel by Erich Mar ia Remarque.
And producer Ian Stokell is convinced Radcliffe will be able to work hi s magic on the project, which begins shooting in 2012.
Stokell tells Variety.com, "Daniel brings a vulnerability and innocence to Paul. When we realised how much he loved the script we were really ex cited because we know he can tap into the delicate balance between intens ity and believability that is critical for this demanding role." The original 1930 film won the Best Picture Academy Award, while filmma ker Lewis Milestone took home the Best Director Oscar.

Retired tennis star MARTINA NAVRATILOVA has won her battle against breast cancer.
The nine-time Wimbledon champion was diagnosed with the condition after a routine mammogram in February (10) and underwent a lumpectomy.
She began a six-week course of radiation therapy in May (10) and, after receiving her final treatment last week (16Jun10), the sports legend has been given the all-clear by doctors.
Speaking at the 2010 Wimbledon tournament in England, she revealed, "I was very lucky. I dodged a bullet - a big one. And here I am at Wimbledon , cancer-free and feeling pretty good. Hopefully it won’t come back. Ther e is a heightened chance of other cancers but a very slight one.
"I didn’t know there was such a thing as a good cancer but I certainly got one. It was a wake-up call, no doubt about it."

LINDSAY LOHAN has launched an angry tirade at TV bosses over a new realit y show which appears to show her turning up late for a photoshoot - the t roubled actress is adamant she was "set up".
The Mean Girls star was booked to feature in an episode of new Bravo se ries Double Exposure, which offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the w ork of celebrity photography duo Markus Klinko and Indrani, and fashion s tylist GK Reid.
Lohan signed up for a photoshoot back in September (10) to promote her leggings brand, which would be taped for the show.
But the actress is fuming after discovering the episode, which aired in the U.S. on Tuesday (22Jun10), was titled ‘Is Lindsay Here Yet?’ and fo cused on her tardiness.
The star admits she was late for the shoot, but she’s alleged producers deliberately gave her the wrong start time.
In a series of posts on her Twitter.com page, Lohan writes, "This could n’t be more UNTRUE - sucks when ‘friends’ use you (in this case for ratin gs) even if they’re lying…
"As for BRAVO and their false representation of me on their new show; I was given the wrong call time - now I know on purpose… it was a set-up .. I don’t appreciate being used for press, and I’m sure others would agre e! Photo shoot for Indrani and Markus… So that’s bulls**t too…. Thank goodness for Twitter! The truth can be stated!"
