JACKSON SON’S STUNNED SILENCE AFTER DEATH

MICHAEL JACKSON’s eldest son PRINCE was so devastated by the King of Pop’ s sudden death he refused to talk about his father for weeks after traged y.
The 13 year old was heartbroken by his dad’s death last June (09) and h e underwent therapy with sister Paris, 12, and little brother Blanket, ei ght.
But Prince was a particular worry for the Jackson clan - he didn’t ment ion his famous father at all, according to his aunt La Toya Jackson.
She says, "After Michael’s death, Prince didn’t want to speak about it at all. We worried about him a lot. They all go to therapy and I truly ho ped Prince, especially, would open up.
"And Blanket was a very sad, shy little boy. He cried all the time and it was so painful for him.
"But Paris did very well. She thinks and talks about her father all the time."

CAREY IN DOGHOUSE WITH VET

MARIAH CAREY’s vet is suing the superstar over allegations she failed to pay almost $30,000 (=C2=A320,000) in fees.
Veterinarian Cindy Bressler filed a lawsuit in a New York court on Wedn esday (23Jun10) accusing the Hero hitmaker of paying just $8,200 (=C2=A35 ,466) of a $37,800 (=C2=A325,200) bill for providing "extraordinary servi ces" for her dogs Cha-Cha, JJ and Dolomite.
The staggering sum is the fee for a month of care.
Carey is seemingly struggling to handle her three beloved pooches - she asked fans on Twitter.com earlier this week (21Jun10) if they wanted to adopt Cha Cha’s puppies.

MINOGUE ‘TO MAKE GLASTONBURY DEBUT AT SCISSORS SET’

KYLIE MINOGUE will finally make it onto the Glastonbury stage at this yea r’s (10) festival - she will reportedly join the SCISSOR SISTERS for a sp ecial performance on Saturday night (26Jun10).
The Australian superstar was forced to pull out of her headlining slot at the legendary rock event in 2005 after she was diagnosed with breast c ancer.
She has since spoken of her desire to land another slot at the festival , but Glastonbury boss Michael Eavis insists he has "moved on" from the i dea of having Minogue as one of his top acts.
However, the Spinning Around hitmaker will make her mark on this week’s (begs21Jun10) event despite Eavis’ snub - she will step on-stage to sing alongside Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears, according to Britain’s T he Sun.
An insider tells the publication, "The Scissors are pulling out all the stops to make this the performance of the festival. They’re commissionin g outrageous costumes and they’ve lined up Kylie… It’s going to be quit e a party." Minogue - whose 2004 hit I Believe In You was written by Shears - will reportedly also share the stage with Sir Ian McKellen, who performs on a track on the Scissor Sisters’ new album.

SIGNED BECKHAM CHARITY SHIRT STOLEN

A shirt signed by soccer superstar DAVID BECKHAM to raise funds for a chi ldren’s charity in England has been stolen.
The soccer kit, signed by the sports legend, was exhibited in a frame i n a shop in St Albans, England and was to be auctioned off for local chil dren’s hospice Keech Cottage.
The item - expected to raise over $900 (=C2=A3600) for terminally ill k ids - was stolen earlier this month (Jun10) and police have launched an i nvestigation into the theft.
Local councillor Gordon Myland says, "Whoever did this is the lowest of the low. The highest bid was =C2=A3600, which is what would have gone to the hospice. I would like to… appeal for the guilty party or anyone wi th information to come forward."

KIM KARDASHIAN is playing the field again following her split from footba ll star REGGIE BUSH - she’s reportedly dating another sportsman.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star split from her on/off boyfrien d Bush in March (10).
She reportedly enjoyed a fling with Portuguese soccer superstar Cristia no Ronaldo the following month (Apr10), but the romance seemingly fizzled out.

RIVERS’ EX-MANAGER SUES FOR $2.2 MILLION

JOAN RIVERS’ former manager is suing the comic for $2.2 million (=C2=A31.
5 million), alleging he is owed money for resurrecting her "dormant" care er.
Billy Sammeth, who was hired by the outspoken funnywoman in 2002 and fi red in 2009, filed a lawsuit in a New York court earlier this week (begs2 1Jun10) claiming he is owed unpaid commissions.
In the filed papers, the agent lists the jobs he allegedly landed River s and states he is still owed 10 per cent of her earnings, totalling $200 ,000 (=C2=A3133,000).
He is also seeking $2 million (=C2=A31.5 million) in exemplary and puni tive damages, accusing the star of defaming him in her recent TV document ary, Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work.
Sammeth goes on to claim he rebuilt Rivers’ career at a time when she w as struggling to land jobs - insisting she went from working 12 shows a y ear to 40.
A rep for the comedienne says, "This is the claim of a former personal manager, who was properly terminated over one year ago. Billy Sammeth is now making claims for money to which he is not entitled, and I am confide nt that the judicial system will dispose of Mr. Sammeth’s lawsuit in the appropriate manner."

RULES LAID OUT FOR JACKSON FANS ATTENDING CEMETERY MEMORIAL=20

MICHAEL JACKSON fans have been given the green light to visit the cemeter y where the King of Pop was laid to rest in September (09) on the first a nniversary of his death - but they won’t be allowed anywhere near his tom b.
Bosses at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California and police h ave listed what devotees are allowed to do as they pay their respects to Jackson on Friday (25Jun10).
They can leave flowers close to the singer’s burial site, but no one wi ll be able to release balloons or doves and candles have been banned, as have video cameras, posters, computers, incense and radios.
There will be an outdoor terrace overlooking Jackson’s mausoleum, where fans will be invited to leave gifts and flowers.
Forest Lawn bosses are expecting "significant" numbers of visitors thro ughout the day on Friday.
Fans making too much noise or behaving disrespectfully will be asked to leave the cemetery.
Mariah Carey, Diana Ross, Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder and Jackson’s one -time girlfriend Brooke Shields are reportedly planning to attend the mem orial at Forest Lawn.

CHARO TO LEAD PETA’S ANTI-BULLFIGHTING RALLY

Latino variety star CHARO is to stand up for bulls as part of a PETA prot est in Los Angeles on Thursday (24Jun10).
The singer/actress is urging tourists to Mexico not to attend the upcom ing bullfighting festival, Gran Corrida, which begins this weekend (26/27 Jun10) - because they’re cruel and inhumane.
Charo grew up watching bullfights with her father in Spain and admits s he was always sickened by the spectacle.
She will lead a rally on Olvera Street in Los Angeles from noon on Thur sday.
She says, "This animal doesn’t need to be punished, just to entertain y ourself and sacrifice this beautiful animal. Just to spend 45 minutes enj oying the death of a living thing is barbaric and has to go."
