LINDSAY LOHAN has been told she must testify about her drug use on the ni ght of her 2007 arrest as part of a civil trial regarding an alleged joyr ide.
The Mean Girls star is facing legal action from three men who have accu sed her of kidnapping and endangering their lives when she allegedly jump ed into a vehicle they were passengers in and took off on a wild ride thr ough Malibu, California.
Lohan was arrested after the incident and charged with driving under th e influence (DUI). Police also found cocaine on her person.
The actress was forced to give a deposition in May (10) after skipping two voluntary hearings, but she refused to answer questions about the dru gs she had been taking on the night in question.
Now, a Los Angeles judge has ruled the troubled star must reveal all in a new deposition, before the case goes to trial in July (10), reports TM Z.com.
A date for Lohan to testify has yet to be established, although the jud ge has agreed to wait until after the star’s next probation hearing stemm ing from the same incident. That hearing will be held on 6 July (10). (MT

Hollywood tough guy SYLVESTER STALLONE wants to portray notorious Mafia d on JOHN GOTTI in a movie about the late convict’s life.
The Rambo star is in negotiations with Gotti’s son ‘Junior’ John Gotti to turn his memories about his strained relationship with his father into a big screen project, according to TMZ.com.
Gotti Sr., the ruthless head of the powerful Gambino crime family, was convicted in 1992 for his involvement in the murders of 13 people. He die d behind bars in 2002.
Junior, who was released from prison in 2005 after serving time for rac keteering, is now said to be close to signing a deal with Stallone for a gritty new movie.

BLUR’s performance at last year’s (09) Glastonbury music festival has bee n named the best show in the event’s 40-year history by fans.
The group returned to the music scene after a six-year hiatus to headli ne the 2009 summer festival, and the performance has beaten sets by David Bowie and Coldplay to land the top spot in a new BBC poll.
Radiohead’s Glastonbury spots in 1997 and 2003 were second and third re spectively, while Pulp’s iconic 1995 performance came in fourth and Bowie ’s turn of the century set in 2000 was fifth.
Coldplay’s 2000 show, R.E.M.’s gig in 2003 and The Cure’s headline slot in 1990 also made the top 10.
Blur frontman Damon Albarn will be back at the festival this weekend (2 5Jun10) for a headlining set with Gorillaz.

Rap superstar T.I. is planning to hang up the microphone by the time he t urns 40, so he can dedicate time to his family.
The Live Your Life hitmaker, real name Clifford Harris, Jr., recently r eturned home to Atlanta, Georgia after serving a year-long prison sentenc e for weapons possession.
T.I. is preparing to release his seventh album, King Uncaged, in August (10), but he admits his time in the music industry is limited because he doesn’t want to still be rapping when he’s 40, unlike his pal Jay-Z, who reached the milestone in December (09).
Instead, the hip-hop star wants to emulate the career of rapper-turned- actor Will Smith.
In an interview with CNN, the 29 year old says, "If I had the option to (be) Jay-Z (or) Will Smith, I think I’d go with Will. I’m a Jay-Z fan. I have a lot of admiration and respect for Jay and his legacy. But I feel like Will, he gets to spend more time with his family."

Rapper/producer TIMBALAND and DR. DRE shocked students in California on W ednesday night (23Jun10) by performing a surprise gig at their graduation party.
The Way I Are hitmaker was introduced onstage at Culver City High by Dr .. Dre, who then performed hits with his guest in the school’s gymnasium.
A 17-year-old student from the school, Saul Salmeron, tells the Associa ted Press, "When we walked in, we were like, ‘Whoa. Rapper NAS has signed up for a payment plan in an effort to help him cove r the cost of his ex-wife KELIS’ mortgage, after falling behind on his sp ousal support.
The I Can hitmaker, real name Nasir Jones, owes Kelis almost $300,000 ( =C2=A3200,000), with $52,989.22 (=C2=A335,326.15) of the debt stemming fr om the mortgage of her home, referred to only as Kenilworth.
He has now agreed to settle the arrears in monthly installments of $14, 229.61 (=C2=A39,486.41) - almost double the amount he was previously orde red to pay - until the mortgage is up to date.
Nas’ lawyer filed documents outlining the plan in a Los Angeles County court on Wednesday (23Jun10). The papers, obtained by TMZ.com, also revea l the hip-hop star’s plans to sell the property.
The former supercouple’s divorce was finalised in May (10), a year afte r Nas and Kelis split.
The stars are parents to baby son Knight.

The mayor of Gary, Rudy Clay, has announced a day of special events wil l take place on Friday (25Jun10) to celebrate the Thriller hitmaker’s leg acy in the town where he grew up.
Clay revealed Katherine Jackson will be the guest of honour as locals p erform, give speeches and hold a candlelight vigil - and she will unveil a monument to the King of Pop.
He told the Associated Press, "This is where it all started. Our love f or the Jackson family and Michael began before they were famous and it is still entrenched." But Randy Jackson is angry his mum has given her seal of approval for t he tribute - and he wants to make it clear he has nothing to do with the event.
In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "There is a co mmon concern about their (Jackson family members) lack of support and uni ty, especially now that we’re approaching June 25th.
"This is a very difficult time for me and my family… I don’t agree wi th many of their choices but they are my family and I do love them.

Actor RYAN O’NEAL insists the death of his longtime partner FARRAH FAWCET T has scared their son straight.
Redmond O’Neal was in jail when his mother passed a year ago (25Jun09) and he’s still in lockdown rehab as he battles the drug issues that first put him behind bars.
He has yet to visit the actress’ grave and he still can’t leave the sta te of California to enjoy a planned road trip with his dad - but Ryan ins ists it won’t be long before father and son can properly grieve Fawcett’s passing.
In an emotional TV interview on U.S. breakfast show Today on Thursday ( 24Jun10), the actor said, "He’s doing extremely well and I say that with pride. I’m extremely relieved and gratified by his progress in the last y ear. He is living in a sober living situation in Pasadena and we see him all the time… His mother would be proud of him.
"He was thunderstruck to lose her; it really scared him, and he turned his life around immediately. I’ve never seen such focus… There was one little mistake but he’s past that and he’s in love and he’s going to see her gravesite soon; he has not been there." And the O’Neals are most looking forward to a planned getaway, when the y’ll be able to embrace and share their memories of Fawcett, who died aft er battling cancer.
Ryan added, "We haven’t really put our heads together. We thought maybe we should take a trip and do it that way, but that hasn’t happened yet; he’s not allowed to leave the state… but he has good reports and sees a judge once a month.
"We will go. We have a lot to say to each other."

LINDSAY LOHAN’s former personal assistant has rejected offers to spill th e details on life with the troubled star - because she fears a tell-all w ill harm her own chances of future employment.
The actress’ aide, known only as Elinore, resigned earlier this month ( Jun10) amid reports she was "exhausted" and had "had enough of Lindsay’s demands".
According to TMZ.com, Elinore had only held the position for a few mont hs and was upset after Lohan ordered her to remain at her side "for days on end".
The assistant has since been flooded with media requests to tell her si de of the story, but Lohan can breathe a sigh of relief after Elinore ins isted she was not interested in the offers.

Shamed golfer TIGER WOODS can rest easy after learning a paternity suit f iled against him by porn star DEVON JAMES has no merit - a DNA test condu cted in 2002 has already proved another man is the father of her nine-yea r-old son.
James filed legal documents in Manatee County, Florida earlier this mon th (Jun10), asking a judge to determine the paternity of her son, Austin.
The adult star, real name Melinda Brinling, alleged Woods had fathered her child after a reported fling in 2001.
She went public with the sensational claims on U.S. news show Extra, te lling the programme that she kept her pregnancy and the birth of her son a secret from Woods, but decided to reveal all about the sportsman’s son following his 2009 cheating scandal.
James insists Woods knew all about young Austin, because she told him t he news after they reconnected when his wife Elin Nordegren was expecting her first child with the golf star.
She wanted to force Woods to submit to DNA testing as part of the pater nity suit, but now TMZ.com has obtained documents proving a man named Pel e Watkins is 99.99 per cent the biological father of Austin.
James has previously denied knowing about the existence of the 2002 tes t.

WESLEY SNIPES’ attorneys are requesting judicial officials in Georgia dis miss their petition appealing the actor’s tax evasion conviction followin g the arrest of his former financial adviser.
The Blade star was convicted of three misdemeanour counts of wilful fai lure to file his income tax return in 2008. He is currently free pending an appeal to reduce a three-year prison sentence on U.S. federal tax char ges.
Meanwhile, Snipes’ one-time accountant, celebrity investor Kenneth Star r, was busted in May (10) and accused of embezzling a massive $30 million (=C2=A320 million) from stars including the action star, Uma Thurman and Martin Scorsese.
Starr has been charged with wire fraud, investment adviser fraud and mo ney laundering amid claims he used the stolen cash to buy a luxurious Man hattan apartment.
Snipes’ lawyers are hoping Starr’s arrest will help the actor’s own cas e, and they filed papers in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday (23Jun10), asking for judges to ignore their petiti on for an appeal.
Instead, Snipes’ attorneys want to lodge a new petition asking to have the star’s conviction dismissed, or set up a new trial on the grounds tha t the actor was the victim of a "miscarriage of justice".
They argue that prosecutors were aware Starr was under federal investig ation for his own tax violations when he was called to testify against Sn ipes in his 2008 trial, calling into question the adviser’s credibility.
In the legal papers, Snipes’ lawyer Daniel Meachum states that the char ges against Starr "revealed new evidence pointing to a miscarriage of jus tice at Mr. Snipes’ trial".

KELLAN LUTZ was bitterly disappointed after he was forced to quit THE EXP ENDABLES - because he missed out on the chance to work with his longtime action hero SYLVESTER STALLONE.
The Twilight actor was invited to join the star-studded cast of the upc oming blockbuster, but he had to turn down the role because of scheduling conflicts.
And Lutz admits he was devastated because the role would have fulfilled his childhood ambition of starring alongside the Rambo icon.
He tells Dose.Ca, "I want to work with Sylvester Stallone one day. I wa s supposed to work on his movie The Expendables. I auditioned for it and I got the role, but the scheduling didn’t work out… And I was just lik e, ‘What a bummer.’ "It has seven of my favourite action stars: Jason Statham, Jet Li, Mick ey Rourke, Randy Couture… It’s such an all-star cast.
