The former Saved by the Bell and NYPD Blue star split from actress Lisa Ann Russell earlier this year (10).
Gosselaar filed divorce papers in Los Angeles last week (18Jun10), acco rding to TMZ.com.
The couple met on the set of Saved by the Bell: The College Years. The y have two children, aged six and four.

LOST IN TRANSLATION director SOFIA COPPOLA and her partner, French rocker THOMAS MARS are second-time parents, according to reports.
Coppola gave birth "within the last month" to the couple’s second baby girl, named Cosmina, reports People.com.
The tot will be a little sister for the couple’s three-and-a-half-year- old daughter, Romy.
Coppola and Mars, the frontman for the band Phoenix, announced the preg nancy in December (09).
The couple began dating in 2005.

Soul man NE-YO is to be a dad - his girlfriend MONYETTA SHAW is pregnant with the couple’s first child.
The So Sick singer has confirmed the happy news to Ebony magazine.
He says, "I am 30 and I do have my first child on the way, and I=E2=80=99 m very, very, very excited about that. It=E2=80=99s a New Year=E2=80=99s baby and I=E2=80=99m just in a really good place right now." The singer admits he recently flew home to Atlanta, Georgia, so he coul d be with Shaw for her first ultrasound.

It was high noon for the JACKSON family on Friday (25Jun10) as matriarch KATHERINE and her kids JANET, TITO, JERMAINE and RANDY attended Los Angel es and Indiana tributes to superstar MICHAEL within 40 minutes of each ot her.
Janet and Randy arrived at the Forest Lawn Cemetery memorial in Glendal e, California just before noon.
Both were in a sombre, quiet mood but they waved at fans and well-wishe rs as they entered the cemetery. Janet wore dark glasses and a fitted bla ck skirt suit.
The brother and sister were joined by Tito Jackson minutes later. He gr eeted fans waiting in line to enter the gravesite and pay their respects, shook hands and accepted gifts. Brother Jermaine arrived at Forest Lawn at 12.05pm and smiled to and waved at fans.
Then, minutes later in the family’s native Gary, Indiana, Katherine Jac kson unveiled a marble tribute to her son, erected on the lawn of the hom e where the Jackson legend began.
City Mayor Rudy Clay and Randy Jackson’s daughter Genevieve welcomed th e family matriarch as she stepped out of the home at 2300 Jackson Avenue.
Wearing a pale yellow pantsuit, Katherine delivered a brief speech to t he hundreds of fans who attended the event and then unveiled the stone tr ibute, which featured Michael Jackson in one of his most famous poses.
Comedian Eddie Griffin, a longtime Jackson family friend, provided a mo ment of humour at the Indiana ceremony when he performed an impromptu Mic hael Jackson dance routine on the lawn.
Meanwhile, back in California, brothers Randy, Tito and Jermaine and si ster Janet left Forest Lawn Cemetery together at 12.40pm local time after briefly chatting with fans and accepting flower gifts from them. (KL/WN/

Rock legends LYNYRD SKYNYRD have lost another family member - former sing er DEBORAH JO WHITE has lost her battle with cancer.
The 58 year old, who performed as Jo Jo Billingsley, passed away on Thu rsday (24Jun10) at her home in Alabama.
She toured with the band as one of backing singers the Honkettes for th ree years in the mid-1970s before leaving the Sweet Home Alabama hitmaker s.
Lead singer Ronnie Van Zant and several others were killed in a plane c rash months after she quit the band in 1977.
After leaving rock music, White became a minister, but she rejoined Lyn yrd Skynyrd in 2006 when the band was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

MICHAEL JACKSON was buried in full make-up and wearing an outfit inspired by all the costumes the King of Pop wore during his career.
On the one-year anniversary of his death, the pop superstar’s longtime costume and wardrobe designers were commissioned to create a final image for the dead superstar - so he could go to the grave looking his best.
Dennis Tompkins, Michael Bush and Karen Faye teamed up as they had for 25 years to perfect Jackson’s last look - the items he’d be buried in at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
In a TV documentary, which will air in America on Friday night (25Jun10 ), Faye says, "It was an honour… I knew how he wanted to look, so I did it for his family and his children." Meanwhile, Jackson’s longtime stylists Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush spent nine hours creating the clothes for Jackson’s funeral.
Tompkins also designed a crown which was placed on the King of Pop’s ca sket.
He recalls, "When the casket was brought in at Forest Lawn, Prince, Par is and Blanket lifted it (crown) and put it on the centre." And Bush has confirmed the tragic singer’s famous white sequined glove was not buried with Jackson: "To Michael, the glove was Billie Jean. That represented that song. That’s not Michael Jackson."

THOMAS MESEREAU, the attorney who helped MICHAEL JACKSON fight child mole station charges in court six years ago (04), was left red faced as he arr ived at his former client’s Forest Lawn Cemetery memorial in Glendale, Ca lifornia on Friday morning (25Jun10) - he walked past the entrance and ha d to be called back by security guards.
The celebrity lawyer joined hundreds of Jackson fans who streamed into the cemetery to pay their last respects to the King of Pop on the anniver sary of his death.
Mesereau was permitted to jump the queue, but he was confused by well w ishers and chants of "We love you" - and missed the entrance.
As he walked off into the distance, security staff called him back, sta ting, "Sir, you can’t go there".
The attorney and his assistant finally realised they were heading in th e wrong direction and turned around.
Mesereau was the first big name associate of Jackson’s to arrive for th e sombre celebrations. Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder and Quincy Jones are als o expected to attend the cemetery memorial today.

CHRIS ROCK almost ended his comedy career before it started by taking aim at BILL COSBY - on the beloved funnyman’s own show.
Pal Adam Sandler invited Rock to the set of The Cosby Show when he was shooting a handful of episodes in his late teens - and when the pre-progr amme warm-up comedian fell ill, Rock stepped in to keep the studio audien ce amused.
Sandler admits his friend was an instant hit with both Cosby and his fa ns - until he turned on the star of the show.
Sandler recalls, "Rock, all of a sudden, starts going, ‘And what’s with this Bill Cosby?’ Everyone’s like nervously laughing." And everything turned bad when Rock accused Cosby of racism.
Sandler adds, "He went on an anti-Bill Cosby five minute run. The crowd is all people from Queens; they just worship Cos… They’re like, ‘I’m g onna murder this skinny young man.’ And Cos is like, ‘Not in my house…’ so they yanked Rock outta there… and asked him not to come back." (KL/

Movie veteran GEORGE HAMILTON is preparing for a reality TV comeback - th e famously-tanned actor is developing a U.S. ‘docusoap’ about leaving his bachelor life behind to take care of his 10-year-old son.
Hamilton walked off U.K. reality TV series I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Ou t of Here! last year (09), five days before the show’s finale, and he fai led to impress on U.S. show Dancing with the Stars.
But he’s hoping to have more success with a new show which chronicles t he 70-year-old playboy’s parenting skills.
Hamilton and his eldest son Ashley will team up on the show, which revo lves around 10-year-old George Thomas.
A production schedule has yet to be released.

A DOCTOR WHO fan has splashed out over $15,000 (GBP10,000) for a Tardis u sed by former TV Time Lord CHRISTOPHER ECCLESTON.
The prop was expected to fetch $12,000 (GBP8,000) in the Bonham’s sale in London, but it went under the hammer for $16,200 (GBP10,800).
A Tardis model made for an exhibition sold for $1,350 (GBP900) and a Cy berman helmet made in 1967 went for $11,700 (GBP7,800) at the same auctio n.
Two Daleks from the 1960s were also among the highlights - they fetched $7,200 (GBP4,800) each.

Academy officials have invited 135 actors, writers, directors, executiv es and behind-the-scenes icons to join up, explaining that everyone on th e list has "distinguished themselves by their contributions to theatrical motion pictures".
Academy President Tom Sherak says, "The work of these individuals has b een appreciated by moviegoers all around the world. The Academy is proud to invite each and every one of them." Also on the list of prospective members is Oscar winner Mo’Nique, Migue l Ferrer, Ryan Reynolds, Saoirse Ronan, Zoe Saldana, Adam Sandler and Pet er Sarsgaard.
New members will be welcomed into the Academy at an invitation-only rec eption at the Academy=E2=80=99s Fairbanks Center for Motion Picture Study in Beverly Hills in September (10).

JUSTIN BIEBER was wracked with nerves as he kicked off his first headlini ng tour on Wednesday (23Jun10) - until his mentor USHER stepped on stage to support him.
The 16 year old admitted he was "extremely nervous" ahead of his first My World concert in Hartford, Connecticut, telling followers on Twitter.c om about his anxiety.
In a series of posts, he wrote, "First tour ever. Little nervous. Don’t want to let u (sic) guys down… (Support act) Sean Kingston is on stage now!! Hartford is crazy… it’s almost that time. Wow." But the Canadian sensation managed to calm himself down before the set - and he was given an extra boost as R&B superstar Usher appeared while h e was singing his hit Baby.
After the show, Bieber Tweeted: "2nite (sic) was just… well… I was scared. Didn’t want to let anyone down but the energy and the fans were i ncredible. Can’t wait to do this again! "My big brother Usher came to support me and even ran out on stage and surprised me during BABY.
"(Now) on the bus heading to Trenton to the next show… just trying to take it all in from 2nite (sic). Just one of the greatest nights of my l ife."
