WILL.I.AM has slammed speculation FERGIE is quitting the BLACK EYED PEAS, insisting the gossip is "all lies".
Online reports earlier this week (begs21Jun10) suggested the frontwoman was on the verge of leaving following ongoing tensions within the band.
But will.i.am has dismissed the reports - telling fans the Black Eyed P eas are "never breaking up".
In a post on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "Don’t believe gossip abo ut Fergie leaving the group (we are never breaking up) it’s all lies!!!"

U2’s Glastonbury dream was reignited on Saturday night (26Jun10) when THE EDGE joined British rockers MUSE onstage for a rendition of WHERE THE ST REETS HAVE NO NAME.
The Irish band was forced to scrap their Friday evening (25Jun10) appea rance at the U.K. music festival after frontman Bono was admitted to hosp ital for an operation on his back last month (May10).
Damon Albarn’s band Gorillaz stepped in to take their place, but U2’s p resence was still felt at the festival.
During their encore at the bash at Worthy Farm in Somerset, south-west England, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy announced a special guest, telling th e crowd, "This is our friend The Edge." The guitarist then took centre stage as the band performed U2’s 1987 tr ack Where The Streets Have No Name.
Saturday at Glastonbury was a day for star-studded guest appearances - Kylie Minogue made her debut at the festival to perform Any Which Way wit h the Scissor Sisters.
And the Aussie pop star stunned revellers when she kissed frontwoman An a Matronic, as well as singer Jake Shears.

British actress PATSY KENSIT has scrapped her autobiography, which was se t to lift the lid on her marriages to rockers LIAM GALLAGHER, JIM KERR, a nd DAN DONOVAN, just weeks before it was due to hit shelves.
The Lethal Weapon 2 star, whose fourth marriage to DJ Jeremy Healy fell apart in February (10), had put pen to paper for the tome to document he r colourful life.
But Kensit has cancelled plans to release the book for the sake of her 10-year-old son Lennon, by Oasis star Gallagher, according to Britain’s M ail on Sunday.
A source tells the publication, "The publishers wanted all the juicy de tails about their marriage and why it broke down and Liam said he didn=E2 =80=99t think it was right that Lennon should have to read that when he=E2 =80=99s older.
"Patsy had high hopes for the book and it was a real warts-and-all acco unt, but she has agreed to shelve it for the time being." HARRY POTTER star EMMA WATSON has confirmed speculation she’s dating mode l/musician GEORGE CRAIG, revealing they became close while shooting a Bur berry ad campaign together earlier this year (10).
The British actress sparked rumours of a romance with Craig - one of th e models who appeared in her latest shoot for the British fashion house - after she was seen out in London with him earlier this month (Jun10).

MEL GIBSON’s former partner OKSANA GRIGORIEVA has spoken out about her st ormy relationship with the BRAVEHEART star, branding the actor "cruel" an d accusing him of failing to pay her any child maintenance for their daug hter, LUCIA.
Gibson split from Grigorieva, the mother of his seven-month-old child, earlier this year (10) and the former couple is said to be embroiled in a battle over visitation rights.
The singer reportedly won a restraining order in Los Angeles against Gi bson at the beginning of the week (beg21Jun10), prompting the movie star/ director’s legal team to call for a modification so their client could sp end time with his daughter.
Gibson is said to have filed for a restraining order against Grigorieva so she is forbidden from speaking about the couple’s relationship - but the singer has vehemently denied the claims in an exclusive interview wit h Britain’s Mail on Sunday newspaper.
She tells the publication, "There is no restraining order against me, b ut my lawyers went to court and a judge granted a restraining order again st him." Grigorieva opens up about the break-down of their relationship, allegin g she "left him" for the sake of her children - Lucia and her son from a previous relationship - despite rumours the star dumped her.
She also claims Gibson is not paying her "a penny" towards the upkeep o f their daughter and she is "having to live on credit cards".
Grigorieva explains, "He is not paying me a penny. Nothing. There are s o many lies being said about me. I was trying to keep things dignified an d be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing is cru elty. I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation.
"’We were together for three years. So much that is being put out there is wrong. He didn’t dump me, I left him. I rescued my children and mysel f."

The couple exchanged vows in a private church in Vatican City, Italy on Saturday (26Jun10) followed by a reception for their closest friends and family.
A guest tells People.com, "The ceremony was truly unique and Mena looke d breathtaking. They are very much in love." The American Beauty star, 31, accepted Sestito’s proposal during a Jama ican vacation in 2008 after a year of dating.

Indie rocker MATT BERNINGER recently sparked a massive security scare at an airport in Hawaii when he tried to bring a fake bomb clock back to Ame rica from a trip to Japan.
The National frontman was relaxing at Honolulu Airport when he was call ed to the security desk.
Unfortunately, the jet-lagged singer didn’t respond to the request righ t away - and, by the time he did, staff had started to evacuate.
He tells Spinner.com, "I had bought a novelty clock in Tokyo, some sort of goofball alarm clock that happened to look exactly like a bomb. And i t was in my suitcase.
"I had the Honolulu Airport evacuated for about 45 minutes. I ultimatel y had to surrender the alarm clock… but they (security) were very pleas ant and professional. They had done a great job and I thanked them and th ey let me go."

Rockers BROKEN BELLS used their set at Britain’s Glastonbury festival on Friday (25Jun10) to pay tribute to late SPARKLEHORSE star MARK LINKOUS.
The musical duo, made up of The Shins’ James Mercer and Gnarls Barkley star Brian ‘Danger Mouse’ Burton, worked with Linkous on a side project a lbum called Dark Night of the Soul, which featured collaborations with ar tists including The Flaming Lips and Julian Casablancas of The Strokes.
Linkous was found dead in an alleyway outside a friend’s home in Knoxvi lle, Tennessee in March (10) after he reportedly shot himself in the hear t, and his pals paid an emotional tribute when they took the stage at the British music event on Friday.
The duo played Insane Lullaby from Dark Night Of The Soul and dedicated the track to their late friend, with Mercer telling the crowd, "Brian an d I wrote this next song with our good friend Mark Linkous." (LR/WNWCNM/K

SCISSOR SISTERS star ANA MATRONIC is pleased her bandmate JAKE SHEARS mov ed out of New York to work on their latest album, because she feared he w as going to "burn himself out" in the Big Apple.
The I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ hitmakers scrapped their third album last year (09) because they were left with a record they didn’t "believe" in, axing the project in its entirety and creating a whole new set of new so ngs for Night Work.
Shears moved out of America to spend some time in Berlin, Germany to co ncentrate on the new music - and Matronic is adamant it was the "best dec ision for him and the band" because he needed to clear his head and reinv igorate his creativity.
She says, "I was just worried about Jake burning himself out, which he kinda did. But he had the good sense to leave New York and go to Berlin, which was the best decision for him and the band.
"Before that, when you’re going into the studio and you don’t know what you’re trying to say, creatively you can lose the muse quickly. Jake is someone who is inspired by his environment and the people around him. He ended up in a routine where all he was doing was thinking about songwriti ng. He just needed to get back out there and live."

SIR PAUL McCARTNEY has teamed up with France’s First Lady CARLA BRUNI to organise a live broadcast of his upcoming London concert to raise awarene ss of her HIV charity.
The Beatles legend will take to the stage in the British capital on Sun day (27Jun10) to perform at the Hyde Park Calling music festival, set in the city’s famous green space.
He has now joined forces with Bruni and her Born HIV Free campaign to s tream the gig online for free - fans will be able to watch the show live over the internet and play it back on YouTube.com for up to a month after the performance.
Bruni, who is Global Fund Ambassador for the charity, has thanked McCar tney for lending his support to the good cause. She says, "I want to than k Paul McCartney for donating this performance for the Born HIV Free camp aign. ADRIEN BRODY grew his facial hair for new movie HIGH SCHOOL after becomin g embroiled in a beard-growing contest with the film’s director JOHN STAL BERG.
The actor, who plays a stoner drug dealer in the new picture, is seen o nscreen sporting a large bushy beard and Stalberg admits the Oscar-winner ’s scruffy new look is the result of a comedy competition he started with the star before filming began.
Speaking at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, he tells WENN, " That was the first time he’d ever been filmed with a beard. I have a bear d and it’s pretty big and we were talking on the phone before we started shooting and he’s like, ‘I have a beard right now,’ and I said, ‘I’ve got a beard right now.’ He said, ‘Take a picture of yourself and send it to me,’ so I did and we realised we looked slightly alike with these beards!
