Irish singer RONAN KEATING has been hit with allegations he cheated on wi fe YVONNE while on tour.
The couple’s representative announced on Thursday (20May10) that they a re to separate, marking the end of their 12-year marriage.
The spokesperson added the split was "amicable" - but a new report sugg ests their union was destroyed by Keating’s infidelity.
Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper claims the Boyzone singer confessed he had been unfaithful during his recent solo tour of the U.K., Australia a nd New Zealand - and Yvonne immediately told him their marriage is over.
A source tells the publication, "Yvonne was heartbroken but she made he r mind up on the spot. The cracks were there already, but this was the fi nal straw.
"She isn’t the sort of person to forgive and forget. Ronan has accepted her decision." Keating has three children with Yvonne.

LILY ALLEN has vowed to carry on penning songs after winning three presti gious Ivor Novello awards on Thursday (20May10) - and she wants LADY GAGA to record the tracks.
The Smile hitmaker announced earlier this year (10) she plans to quit r ecording and performing live after a string of summer festival dates.
But after she scooped three songwriting trophies at the Ivor Novello ce remony she’s decided to carry on in the music industry - but in a behind- the-scenes role.
Allen tells Britain’s The Sun, "I didn’t realise I was an exceptional s ongwriter. I still just kind of think my songs are like nursery rhymes - little ditties that I write for myself. I am overwhelmed.
"I’m still writing songs all the time and I won’t be writing just for m yself anymore. I want to write for Lady Gaga."

NAOMI WATTS was pushed to the limits for her upcoming spy movie FAIR GAME - she was ordered off to boot camp to "toughen up".
The King Kong star plays secret agent Valerie Plame, opposite Sean Penn , in the film, and when she hit the set shortly after giving birth to her second son Samuel in December 2008, director Doug Liman made her undergo rigorous physical training for the role.

SPIDER-MAN star JAMES FRANCO is set for another action blockbuster - he’s signed up to star in a prequel of PLANET OF THE APES, according to a U.S .. report.
The actor has played the web-slinger’s arch-nemesis Harry Osborn in all three of the Spider-Man movies, and now he’s heading to another massive movie franchise.
Franco will play a young scientist in Rise of the Apes, according to Da ily Variety.
The action thriller is set for release next summer (Jun10).

LANCE ARMSTRONG was forced to pull out of a major cycling tournament on T hursday (20May10) after a nasty fall left him needing stitches.
The 38 year old was taking part in the Tour of California race when he misjudged the road layout and was thrown from his bike.
Armstrong was left bloodied and bruised and needed eight stitches below his left eye, according to TMZ.com.
The cycling ace has opened up about the mishap on his Twitter.com page, telling followers he was "extremely disappointed" at having to pull out of the race.
He wrote, "I’m alive. Fell face first and banged elbow pretty good. Xra ys on the elbow were neg (negative). Extremely disappointed not to be abl e to continue."

A gang broke into KATE MOSS’ London home in the early hours of Thursday m orning (20May10) and stole three valuable pieces of artwork, according to a U.K. report.
The intruders are believed to have forced their way into the property a nd ransacked the British supermodel’s home.
They were allegedly disturbed by somebody in the house - but still fled with a number of pieces, including a $120,000 (=C2=A380,000) piece by st reet artist Banksy, according to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper.
A source tells the publication, "They got in by climbing over the back fence but fled after disturbing someone who woke up.
"There is a possibility that they had inside knowledge of the house’s l ayout."

LINDSAY LOHAN will escape arrest upon her return to the U.S. from France after posting her bail money, according to U.S. reports.
A warrant was issued for the Mean Girls star’s arrest after she failed to attend a mandatory probation hearing in Los Angeles on Thursday mornin g (20May10).
She was due before Judge Marsha Revel at Beverly Hills Courthouse after only completing 10 of her 13 court-ordered alcohol education classes, st emming from a 2007 arrest.
But Lohan found herself stranded in Europe on Tuesday (18May10) after l osing her passport while attending the Cannes Film Festival in France.
She has since obtained replacement documentation - but the star won’t b e arrested upon arriving home, according to TMZ.com.
The website claims Lohan has posted $10,000 (=C2=A36,670) of her $100,0 00 (=C2=A366,670) bail, which is enough to secure her bond - and the warr ant for her arrest has been recalled.
The 23 year old is next expected in court on Monday (24May10).
Judge Revel stated at the hearing on Thursday she had reason to believe Lohan had violated the terms of her probation - which could result in a 180-day prison sentence for the actress.

Designer CHRISTIAN AUDIGIER is at the centre of a messy legal spat after allegedly ordering security guards to throw a photographer out of his bir thday party in 2008 for taking bad snaps of the French stylist and guest of honour MICHAEL JACKSON.
Photographer Stephen Winick claims he was brutally attacked by Audigier ’s guards during the designer’s 50th birthday party at the Petersen Autom otive Museum in Los Angeles in 2008.
Winick alleges he took a photo of Jackson as the King of Pop arrived at the party, but Audigier was upset and asked him to delete the shot.
The snapper refused and was left trying to defend himself from the guar ds.
According to TMZ.com, Winick is suing Audigier, the venue and the secur ity firm.

German rockers SODOM have cancelled their U.S. tour after failing to obta in work visas in time.
The band was due to hit the road for a string of shows in North America later this month (May10), but they’ve been forced to axe the gigs.
A statement on the band’s MySpace.com blog reads, "Due to solid problem s with our local tour promoter and getting our Visa in time, we are force d to cancel the upcoming shows.
"We already had our suitcases packed and were ready to go. We are awful ly sorry to take these steps, but everybody acquainted with the entering provisions of the USA knows what we’re talking about.
They’ve vowed to seek out the person responsible for the disruption, ad ding, "The one who botched this up will have to be confronted with the lo cal organisers and club owners and account for his faults." The band hopes to reschedule the shows.

Country singers WILLIE NELSON and KRIS KRISTOFFERSON have each landed 201 0 Leadership Music Dale Franklin Awards.
The stars will be handed their honours at a lavish gala in Nashville, T ennessee on 29 August (10).
The Leadership Music Board of Directors president, Pat Collins, says, " Their contributions to the art of music are immeasurable.
"To say that Leadership Music and its alumni are proud and delighted to honour these creative geniuses who have brought such distinction to our city is a vast understatement. New wave rocker ADAM ANT has reportedly been sectioned under Britain’s Me ntal Health Act in London.
The former Adam and the Ants star, real name Stuart Goddard, was allege dly admitted to hospital earlier this week (begs17May10).
In a message to fans, obtained by website TheMusicFix.co.uk, Goddard wr ote, "Please send me postcards at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, Ful ham Road. Please don’t come down here as it may upset the staff who have been really pleasant.
"I am having a well earned rest at Her Majesty’s Pleasure and am painti ng and continuing being an art student. I have a great view and am consid ering gigs later in the year." The news comes just a week after the rocker stunned fans with an explet ive-filled rant during a comeback gig at a church hall in England.
Goddard was jeered by the audience at the show in Portsmouth and he sto rmed offstage when organisers ended the show early.
The star spent a year in psychiatric care following his arrest in 2002, after he wielded an imitation gun in a London pub.

A massive oil leak from the exploded Deepwater Horizon Rig near the Gul f Coast hit the headlines last month (Apr10), and despite desperate effor ts to stem the flow of leaking oil, it has washed ashore in states includ ing Louisiana and Florida - and there are fears it will completely devast ate the areas’ wildlife.
