FRANCO SHOWS OFF SINGING SKILLS AT BOOZE BASH
Actor JAMES FRANCO stunned revellers at the 150th anniversary party of It alian alcoholic beverage Campari - when he was announced as the event’s s inging act.
The Spider-Man star was invited on-stage at the lavish bash at New York ’s Bowery Hotel last week (ends16May10), and baffled guests when he unlea shed a string of hits with the help of a male performer in a Lady Gaga co stume.
But the booze giants’ bosses may be regretting hiring the actor as thei r in-house entertainment - after his performance was dismissed as "karaok e".
A source tells the New York Daily News, "He was dressed like James Bond and did a duet with a male performer who was wearing a Lady Gaga-esque o utfit.
"It was really entertaining, but a few audience members were saying it sounded a bit like karaoke."
