MICKEY ROURKE has got movie gossips guessing about the actress he hated w orking with after confessing to teaming up with "a pain in the a**" in a recent movie.
The Wrestler star reveals the actress in question has fooled everyone i nto thinking she’s "a lot better than she is".
Rourke tells MovieHole.net, "I worked with an actress recently who, des pite having a reputation as a good actress, s**ts herself when that littl e red light comes on.
"She’s fooled everyone into thinking she’s a lot better than she is. Wo rking with someone like that is a pain in the a**." One actress who definitely didn’t annoy the actor was Transformers star Megan Fox - his co-star in new film Passion Play.
Rourke is confident Fox is all set to become a great star.
He explains, "It was a lot of fun. (Fox) was great to work with… I me an, look at her! And it was also great to work with someone who may be be autiful and good-looking but also knows how to do her homework. I think p eople will have a different perspective of her (after this film). It was great to work with someone like Megan." RUSSELL CROWE has confirmed reports he’s in talks to take on KRIS KRISTOF FERSON’s role in a remake of BARBRA STREISAND movie A STAR IS BORN - but BEYONCE is no longer attached to the project.
The odd couple were linked to the leading roles in the remake of the 19 76 film, in which has-been rocker Kristofferson fell for aspiring pop sta r Streisand.
Crowe, who tasted rock star success as the frontman of Thirty Odd Foot Of Grunts, admits he’s still interested in making the movie - but doesn’t think Beyonce is.
He tells U.S. news show Extra, "I think she’s pulled out of it. I’m sti ll chatting about it. It’s one of those stories that’s been made a lot, b ut I think it’s still quite a big focus - you can see that in terms of th e popularity of things like American Idol." And Crowe admits he’s an unlikely fan of the TV talent show’s wannabe t alent: "I have been known to spend many an hour watching American Idol; i t’s a compelling piece of TV."

LINDSAY LOHAN’s concerned father is preparing "any and all appropriate le gal action" to prevent his famous daughter from falling victim to the sam e fate as her idol MARILYN MONROE.
Michael Lohan attempted to stage an intervention at the actress’ Hollyw ood home last week (22Apr10) in front of her younger sister Ali, claiming his eldest daughter is hooked on prescription drugs.
Michael then went public with his plans to ask a judge to place Lindsay under a conservatorship, but agreed to drop the whole thing if the Mean Girls star agreed to sit down with him for a serious discussion about her problems.
The actress rejected her dad’s request.
Now, Michael’s lawyer tells TMZ.com his client plans to go to court to force the issue, and the Lohan patriarch will take "any and all appropria te legal action to save and protect his daughter." A statement from Michael’s attorney reads, "Michael has a problem milli ons of Americans have: what can a parent do when an adult child appears t o have a serious alcohol or drug problem? What can a parent do when that adult child’s life appears to be spiralling out of control? "Michael loves his daughter with all his heart. He has watched along wi th the rest of us over the past few months as Lindsay has been photograph ed partying and clubbing night after night, appearing as though she is un der the influence of alcohol or substances. He is heartbroken about her c urrent condition. With his own two eyes, just last week, he has seen her looking worse than ever." And Michael admits he is worried his daughter could suffer the same fat e as many Hollywood legends, including her idol Monroe.
His lawyer adds, "Michael is not going to stand idly by and watch his d aughter become another Hollywood statistic. He intends to do everything i n his power to prevent Lindsay from becoming another Marilyn Monroe, Anna Nicole Smith, Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger, or Corey Haim. " Monroe was found dead, aged 36, at her home in Brentwood, California in 1969. It is widely believed the depressed movie icon committed suicide b y overdosing on barbiturates.

Actor RANDY QUAID and his wife have been jailed after testing the legal l imits of California lawmakers with a series of court no-shows.
The Brokeback Mountain star and his wife Evi were in court in Santa Bar bara on Monday (26Apr10), and were jailed to make sure they returned for a hearing into their 2009 fraud and burglary case on Wednesday (28Apr10).
Superior Court Judge Frank Ochoa told the couple they had been disrespe ctful by refusing to show up for arranged court dates, including one they missed earlier this month (Apr10), and had them taken into custody. He s et bail at $100,000 (=C2=A362,500).
The Quaids were arrested in September (09) after failing to pay a $10,0 00 (=C2=A36,250) hotel bill after a stay at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara.
Arrest warrants were issued for the couple when Quaid and his wife fail ed to show up in court on 12 April (10). They have had a number of warran ts issued for their arrest over past court no-shows - each one was later quashed.
The pair ignored five orders to appear in court last year before pleadi ng not guilty to all charges in December (09).

OZZY OSBOURNE’s manager/wife SHARON has been left devastated by news her longtime pal BRET MICHAELS is fighting for his life in a Texas hospital.

M.I.A.’s hard-to-watch new video has been banned by YouTube.com due to it s graphic violence and scenes featuring the killing of young boys.
Romain Gavras’ Born Free video premiered on M.I.A.’s official website o n Monday (26Apr10), but the hitmaker has revealed the promo will not be p osted on YouTube.
In a Twitter.com post, M.I.A. initially suggested bosses at her record label UMG were behind the ban, but later clarified that UMG officials wer e not to blame.
In the promo, military police round up red-headed boys in a series of v iolent raids, transport them to a remote desert location and then force t hem to run through a minefield, beating those who make it to death.
In one particularly disturbing scene, a 10-year-old boy is shot in the head in an effort to force the others to start running.

One of the world’s most famous matadors is fighting for his life in Mexic o after he was gored by a bull during a showdown in Aguascalientes on Sat urday (24Apr10).
Spanish bullfighter Jose Tomas is in a critical condition after undergo ing more than three hours of emergency surgery on Saturday night, but he is expected to survive.
A massive bull, named Navegante, gored Tomas in the groin, severed his artery and lifted him in the air in front of a horrified crowd at the Mon umental bullring.

The Hollywood sign has been saved - thanks to Playboy magazine boss HUGH HEFNER.
The tycoon has offered $900,000 (=C2=A3562,500) to preserve the land to the west of the famous Los Angeles landmark.
California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has confirmed that Hefner’s c ash had provided the state with the funds needed to save the site from de velopment.
Schwarzenegger, an early supporter of the campaign to save the sign, sa ys, "It’s a symbol of dreams and a symbol of opportunity and hope." In total, campaigners raised $12.5 million (=C2=A37.8 million) to purch ase the land back from its Chicago, Illinois owners.

LINDSAY LOHAN’s landlord has joined in the family drama - he wants a rest raining order against the actress’ father.
The unnamed landlord has reportedly asked his tenant’s lawyer to help h im keep Michael Lohan away from his property after two separate incidents last week.
On Thursday (22Apr10), Michael Lohan raided the actress’ apartment with police in a bid to check on his youngest daughter Ali’s welfare, and he turned up again on Saturday (24Apr10), according to the landlord, and cau sed a commotion when he was asked to leave.
The property owner has since contacted Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and asked for her help in keeping Michael away.
Holley tells TMZ.com, "In light of the landlord’s concerns, I may go to court to keep Michael away." This news comes as Lindsay and her sister, who lives with the Mean Girl s star, prepare to file their own restraining orders against their father ..

And now Meyer insists the legal mess is preventing Noa from taking lucr ative TV offers that could help him pay off his debts.
The producer tells WENN, "He can’t work anymore because if he says he w as married to Jennifer Lopez on a job, the lawyers are gonna come after t hem (employers).
"He did a Survivor show in Spain and he got invited back for the second season and he was already to go and they said, ‘No, we can’t do it becau se we’ve spoken to Jennifer Lopez’s lawyers and, sorry, we can’t take the risk.’" But the Jersey Shore snub was the one that stung the most.

MICKEY ROURKE is to play GENGHIS KHAN in a new movie about the Mongol war rior.
Conan The Barbarian writer/director John Milius will oversee the projec t.
Rourke tells the Orlando Sentinel newspaper, "John wrote (the) piece fr om the son and grandson=E2=80=99s point of view, how they saw this mythic figure from their family.
"You see him (Khan) in flashbacks, back when he was in his mid-40s. And back then, being in your mid-40s was being really old." Genghis Khan was the emperor of the vast Mongol Empire in the 13th cent ury. He united the nomadic tribes of northeast Asia.
He died in 1227 and was buried in an unmarked grave somewhere in Mongol ia.
