Editors at Britain’s Heat magazine claimed the singer was only eating s mall portions of food intended for tots in a bid to keep her weight down.

JUSTIN BIEBER was left fuming as he arrived in New Zealand on Tuesday nig ht (27Apr10) when one overeager fan "knocked down" his mum and stole his hat.
The Baby hitmaker was greeted by hundreds of screaming fans at Auckland International Airport, just a day after chaotic scenes in Australia led to the cancellation of the star’s show in Sydney.
The 16 year old had a massive security presence at the airport amid fea rs his free concert at the Strathallan School in Papakura on Wednesday (2 8Apr10) could suffer a similar fate to his Oz gig.
And promoters made the right decision - 500 loyal fans greeted the teen ager at the airport, according to The New Zealand Herald.
However, his fleeting journey through the terminal turned sour when one overeager fan knocked his mum to the floor and stole the star’s hat.
In a post on his Twitter.com page, Bieber raged, "The airport was crazy .. Not happy that someone stole my hat and knocked down my mama. Come on p eople. I want to be able to sign and take pics and meet my fans, but if y ou are all pushing security won’t let me. Let’s keep it safe and have fun .." The teen sensation scrapped his only Australian gig on Monday (26Apr10) after thousands of young fans camped overnight at Sydney Harbour to see their idol perform.
The frenzied crowd began to surge, prompting police to cancel the event after "more than 100 teens" became "distressed".

A Los Angeles hospital researcher has been jailed for four months for rea ding the confidential health files of stars including TOM HANKS and LEONA RDO DiCAPRIO.
Former UCLA School of Medicine employee Huping Zhou was sentenced in Lo s Angeles on Tuesday (27Apr10). He was also fined $2,000 (=C2=A31,250) fo r snooping.
He pleaded guilty to a series of privacy violations after admitting to checking out the private records of celebrities.
Drew Barrymore, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sharon Osbourne also had thei r files viewed by Zhou, who was fired in 2003.
It remains a mystery what the snoop planned to do with the information he read about the stars - his lawyer insists the Chinese immigrant never attempted to sell the details to tabloid newspapers or websites, accordin g to the Associated Press.

PARIS HILTON’s parents have been hit with a lawsuit from bosses at a weig htloss company, who allege the couple has been receiving product royaltie s from a line which was axed in 2002.
Chiefs at Herbalife International filed papers against Rick and Kathy H ilton on Tuesday (27Apr10) claiming they were being paid royalties "erron eously" after originally backing the company in the 1990s.
The documents show that in 1992, the Hiltons provided services to Herba life in a bid to launch a line of weightloss products.
The items were discontinued in 2002 after it was discovered they contai ned the drug ephedrine, which was banned by the Food and Drug Administrat ion (FDA).
However, the Hiltons have allegedly been receiving royalties ever since then - and Herbalife bosses are battling to get the cash back, according to TMZ.com.

Rocker BRET MICHAELS has regained the ability to move his arms and hands after suffering a brain hemorrhage last week (22Apr10), according to the POISON star’s father.
The Every Rose Has It’s Thorn singer has spent the past five days in cr itical condition in an intensive care unit (ICU) at a Texas hospital as d octors desperately attempt to locate the source of bleeding at the base o f his brain.
Michaels’ father, Wally Sychak, tells U.S. TV programme Extra he has sp oken to his 47-year-old son, who "sounded a little slow, but fine".
According to Sychak, Michaels is also starting to move his limbs again: "They (The doctors) say he’s moving his arms and hands. The best as they could expect at this time." And he is hopeful the rocker’s condition will continue to improve: "The fact that he was talking to me, and giving me information, I thought tha t was great.
"He was talking, not as cheerful as he usually is. But I guess he is un der sedation. But he understood what he was saying and knew me. Everythin g seemed good that way."

The executors of MICHAEL JACKSON’s estate have won an injunction against the founder of a bogus Heal the World Foundation website who used the nam e of the late star’s defunct charity to promote unofficial merchandise.
Jackson’s estate executors sued the owners of the foundation for copyri ght infringement last year (09), claiming they had misled consumers into giving donations.
A Federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against foundation pres ident Melissa Johnson on Monday (26Apr10), ruling she had set up the site to "convey to consumers a false affiliation with Michael Jackson".
According to TMZ.com, Johnson attempted to register at least 40 tradema rks with a direct connection to the hitmaker, who founded his charitable Heal the World Foundation in 1992. The charity was inspired by his single of the same name. Jackson’s foundation later dissolved.
Johnson is required to stop "exploiting Michael Jackson’s name, image a nd likeness" as part of the court order.

TUPAC SHAKUR’s mother has been charged with drug possession.
Afeni Shakur, who oversees her slain son’s estate, was arrested on 16 A pril (10) in North Carolina.
In addition to felony possession of marijuana, Shakur has also been cha rged with maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled subst ance.
The 63 year old was released on $10,000 (GBP6,250) bail and is schedule d to appear in Robeson County District Court on 10 May (10).

THOMAS HAGAN, the man who assassinated MALCOLM X in 1965, has been releas ed on parole.
Hagan was freed from the minimum-security Lincoln Correctional Facility in New York on Tuesday morning (27Apr10).
Ironically, the jail is located at the intersection of West 110th Stree t and Malcolm X Boulevard.
Hagan has been involved in a full-time work-release program since 1992, which allowed him to live at home with his family in Brooklyn five days a week.
Now he’s a free man, Hagan hopes to become a substance abuse counsellor ..
In his parole board hearing last month (Mar10), the convicted killer to ld lawmakers he had "deep regrets" about his participation in the death o f civil rights leader Malcolm X.
Hagan had been sentenced to 20 years to life imprisonment after being f ound guilty at trial in 1966.

Teen singer/actress MIRANDA COSGROVE wants to step out of the spotlight a nd become a New York University student.

A former U.S. reality TV star charged with violently attacking his pregna nt girlfriend earlier this month (Apr10) has been arrested for witness in timidation.
Matt McDonald, who appeared on season nine of hit show Big Brother, was apprehended by Boston, Massachusetts police on 18 April (10) after an un named woman filed a domestic violence complaint against him.
According to police reports, obtained by TMZ.com, McDonald and his fami ly members waged a two-day campaign of intimidation against the accuser a nd her family, and demanded the woman, who is currently nine weeks pregna nt, drop the charges.
McDonald was scheduled to face charges of assault and battery and assau lt and battery on a pregnant woman next month (May10).
He was arrested for witness intimidation on 20 April (10), after police determined he may pose a serious threat to his accuser.
