BULLOCK DIVORCE DOCUMENTS REVEAL ‘MARRIAGE HAS BECOME INSUPPORTABLE’
SANDRA BULLOCK’s marriage to husband JESSE JAMES has "become insupportabl e" according to divorce documents filed earlier this month (Apr10), in th e aftermath of his cheating scandal.
The Oscar-winning actress walked out on James in March (10), after tatt ooed model Michelle McGee went public with claims of an 11-month affair w ith the TV mechanic.
Several other women also came forward with allegations of affairs with James, prompting the disgraced star to issue a public apology to his wife and check into rehab to deal with his personal issues.
Bullock has confirmed to People magazine the marriage is definitely ove r, and also revealed the couple adopted a baby boy from New Orleans, Loui siana shortly before news broke of the scandal.
Divorce documents filed in Travis County Court on 23 April (10) reveal Bullock was able to keep the proceedings out of the public eye by filing under her initials spelled backwards: B.A.S.
The filings read: "The marriage has become insupportable because of dis cord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate end of the marriage/relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconc iliation." According to the documents, the estranged couple will "enter into agree ment for the division of their estate".
