COWELL APPROVED MCFADDEN’S TALENT JOB
Former WESTLIFE star BRIAN MCFADDEN was thrilled when he landed a judging role on AUSTRALIA’S GOT TALENT - because SIMON COWELL personally approve d his appointment.
The Irish singer joined the show in his adopted Down Under homeland in February (10), alongside Dannii Minogue, who judges Cowell’s British real ity series The X Factor.
And McFadden was particularly pleased with the job offer - because it m eant he was in Cowell’s good books.
He says, "Simon sent me a note when I got the job… He has to clear ev erybody because it’s his brand. He was pretty happy I was doing the show.
" Cowell owns the rights to the talent contest, which is also shown in th e U.K., America, India and Italy.
