R&B star RIHANNA is nursing a bruised ego and knee after taking a tumble onstage in France on Wednesday night (21Apr10).
The Umbrella hitmaker was performing at Le Dome in Marseille when she s lipped while walking across the stage in high heels and fell to the floor ..
Fans gasped but the singer brushed off the mishap and carried on singin g on her knees, before regaining her composure.
The tumble came just two days after Rihanna visited a hospital in Switz erland for advice on an injured rib.
She is next due to perform in Frankfurt, Germany on Friday (23Apr10). (
