MORGAN FREEMAN is fronting a U.S. campaign to raise awareness of hurrican es.
The actor is co-founder and spokesperson for The Great Hurricane Blowou t, which aims to encourage American and Caribbean citizens to prepare for hurricane season - traditionally from June to November.
And he’s urging them to take on tips from the new Ready, Set, PLAN!T ap peal on how best to survive the devastating winds.
He says, "Hurricanes have the power to destroy, but we have the power t o prepare. The Great Hurricane Blowout will provide your family with the tools to be ready in the face of an emergency."
