BANDERAS STILL FUMING OVER BLACK EYE RUMOURS
ANTONIO BANDERAS is still angry about a series of rumours last year (09) alleging he had hit his wife MELANIE GRIFFITH - because the stories "real ly bothered" him.
The Working Girl star went under the knife late last year (09) after sh e was diagnosed with a form of skin cancer, and the operation left her wi th a bruise on her face.
Pictures of the blemish sparked untrue gossip that the actress was a vi ctim of domestic violence, prompting the couple to release a statement to the press, denying the allegations.
And The Mask of Zorro star still can’t believe he was accused of abusin g his wife. He tells Britain’s Hello! magazine, "It’s just that the rumou r started to spread. I’ve never hit anyone, a man or a woman. Never. So i t really bothered me."
