JACKSON’S 911 BODYGUARD FIRED
The bodyguard who allegedly helped DR. CONRAD MURRAY hide evidence of dru gs minutes after MICHAEL JACKSON’s death has been fired from his job.
Alberto Alvarez, who made the emergency call to paramedics on 25 June ( 09), was released from his employment on Friday (26Mar10), according to T MZ.com. The reason for his dismissal by the Jackson family is unknown.
Alvarez is said to have given a witness statement to Los Angeles police two months after Jackson’s death, suggesting Murray stopped administerin g CPR to the star so he could hide various drug vials before calling para medics.
In the leaked documents, obtained by the Associated Press, he alleges M urray ordered him to place drug containers in plastic bags and remove an IV tube from the singer’s leg.
Murray, the King of Pop’s personal physician, has pleaded not guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter after he was accused of administer ing the powerful anaesthetic Propofol, which led to the singer suffering a fatal cardiac arrest.
