WILSON BROTHERS EMBROILED IN ASSAULT LAWSUIT
Actor OWEN WILSON and his brother ANDREW have been slapped with a lawsuit by a disgruntled paparazzo who alleges he was beaten up by the siblings in an altercation in 2008.
Clint Brewer filed legal papers in a California court last week (ends26 Mar10), claiming he was "pushed in the back" by the Wedding Crashers star as he walked up a flight of stairs in Santa Monica on 5 December, 2008.
According to the court documents, a fight ensued involving both brother s, and the snapper "sustained severe bodily injuries, a portion of which are permanent".
He is seeking damages of $500,000 (=C2=A3333,335) and medical expenses totalling $3,251.10 (=C2=A32,167.40), reports TMZ.com.
The Wilsons have yet to respond to the allegations.
