BROWN IMPRESSES JUDGE WITH HARD LABOUR COMMITMENT
A judge has commended disgraced R&B star CHRIS BROWN’s efforts to fulfil = the terms of his sentence for assaulting ex-girlfriend RIHANNA.
Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg requested a hearing with the sing= er and his attorney in a Los Angeles courtroom to check on the community = work she sentenced him to carry out last year (09).
Thursday’s (18Feb10) progress hearing lasted less then two minutes and = concluded with the judge telling the 20 year old, "It looks like you are = doing really, really well." In court, Schnegg revealed Brown had worked off 32 of the 180 days of h= ard labour he had been ordered to carry out as part of his sentencing for= lashing out at Umbrella singer Rihanna during a row a year ago (Feb09), = and the singer had also completed a third of the domestic violence classe= s he was told to take.
Impressed Schnegg said, "You haven=E2=80=99t missed one. You are partic= ipating and doing a very good job."
