BASTERDS INSPIRES POSTER ART PROJECT FOR HAITI
QUENTIN TARANTINO has teamed up with artists like DAVID CHOE and JEREMY F= ISH to raise cash for the Haiti earthquake relief effort by turning hit f= ilm INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS into an art project.
Choe and Fish are among a group of 13 artists who have created posters = inspired by Tarantino’s 2009 film.
The artworks will be sold off to benefit the survivors of the 12 Januar= y (10) earthquake during an exhibition in Los Angeles on Thursday (18Feb1= 0).
Other artists involved in the Lost Art of Inglourious Basterds showcase= include Sam Flores, Estevan Oriol, Grotesk, Rene Alamanza, Morning Breat= h and Skinner Davis.
Tarantino will sign each limited edition print.
All proceeds from the project will be donated to The American Red Cross= ..
