BAD LIEUTENANT RESOLVE VISA ISSUES FOR NEW TOUR

Former NEW ORDER star BERNARD SUMNER’s new group BAD LIEUTENANT are looki= ng forward to their upcoming U.S. tour after finally resolving work visa = issues which forced them to postpone the shows.
The band, which also features Phil Cunningham and Jake Evans, was due t= o support the Pixies in Chicago, Illinois and New York in November (09) -= but had to pull out of the gigs due to immigration issues.
But the band is now busily preparing for its April (10) shows, after so= rting out the appropriate work documents.
Sumner says, "As promised we are coming to the U.S. to play our re-sche= duled dates in Chicago and New York with the addition of the Coachella Fe= stival and a concert in San Francisco. We are really looking forward to p= laying our songs live for our fans in the U.S. It’s been quite some time = since I have played in America, and we are all very excited about the pro= spect."
