The actor and his wife Kelly Preston were devastated when the 16 year o= ld died suddenly after suffering a seizure during a family holiday in the= Bahamas last January (09).
And the Pulp Fiction star, who is a longtime member of the Scientology = community, admits he has relied heavily on his faith to help him heal.
He tells the Associated Press, "We work hard every day with our church = on healing. And Kelly and I and (our daughter) Ella have all been working= very hard and they’ve been helping us." The third installment of BEN STILLER’s MEET THE FOCKERS franchise has bee= n stalled until December (10).
The new movie, tentatively titled Little Fockers, revisits the characte= rs from the first two films and sees Stiller reprise his role alongside R= obert De Niro, Jessica Alba and Owen Wilson.
The film was due for release in July (10) but movie bosses have now pus= hed the launch date back until 22 December (10).
A representative for Universal, the studio behind the picture, has put = the move down to scheduling conflicts - insisting a Christmas (10) releas= e will give the film a better chance of success at the box office.

Rapper LUPE FIASCO has laughed off rumours he struck up a romance with JE= SSICA BIEL after the pair climbed Mount Kilimanjaro earlier this month (J= an10).

A lawyer for KATHERINE JACKSON has confirmed the family matriarch is supp= orting her estranged husband in his legal battle for a chunk of their sup= erstar son MICHAEL’s fortune.
A judge has granted Joe Jackson the chance to argue why he should recei= ve an allowance from the Thriller hitmaker’s estate - even though the sin= ger left his dad out of his will.
Joe will go to court in May (10) in a bid to convince a judge to rule i= n his favour.
The administrators of Jackson’s estate, John Branca and John McClain, h= ave already opposed Joe’s bid, and Margaret Lodise, the lawyer representi= ng Michael Jackson’s children, has expressed concern because Joe "isn’t a= beneficiary of the estate." But the star’s mother Katherine has spoken out through her attorney, in= sisting she is happy for her husband to receive a share of their son’s mo= ney.

R&B singer/actor TYRESE GIBSON is contesting a traffic citation which acc= uses him of leaving the scene of a car crash earlier this month (04Jan10)= ..
Gibson was involved in a collision with Sheena McCreary in Miami, Flori= da, and both parties gave their information to the police before leaving = in a taxi together.
But on Monday (25Jan10), both Gibson and McCreary were issued felony ci= tations for "leaving the scene on public or private property," according = to TMZ.com.
Gibson’s lawyers, Jayne Weintraub and Jon Sale, are fighting the charge= , insisting the star followed protocol by filing a report with cops.

The SOS Saving Ourselves - Help for Haiti concert, will take place in M= iami, Florida and will be shown on the BET TV network, as well as MTV and= VH1, on 5 February (10), according to E! Online.
The night will benefit charities including Wyclef Jean’s Yele Haiti fou= ndation, as well as CARE, Project Medishare and Children’s Safe Drinking = Water.

LORD OF THE RINGS star ELIJAH WOOD wants movie bosses to cast JAMES MCAVO= Y in the upcoming prequel - because the Scottish actor would be "fantasti= c" as THE HOBBIT.
Wood played Frodo Baggins in the fantasy trilogy and work is underway o= n a new movie about his character’s uncle - Bilbo Baggins - based on J.R.= R. Tolkien’s first book in the series.

LINDSAY LOHAN’s dad MICHAEL has been arrested for criminal contempt after= allegedly violating a restraining order his ex-girlfriend filed against = him.
Lohan has reportedly been trying to contact Erin Muller, and allegedly = called her work phone last Thursday (21Jan10) - a direct violation of the= ban his former fiancee has against him.
Lohan was taken in by Nassau County Police in New York on Thursday (28J= an10).
Joan Eames, Public Information officer at Nassau County Police Departme= nt, confirmed Lohan’s arrest, telling RadarOnline.com he was detained for= "criminal contempt of his Order of Protection".
Lohan has denied the charges against him, accusing Muller of lying abou= t the phone call.
He tells the website, "Erin lied and pressed charges. She is being arre= sted again in NY City and Nassau County 2nd Precinct. Erin said I called = her but she lied because she heard I was in Costa Rica instead. I have pr= oof and she doesn’t. Her lawyer asked for money to drop the charges. How = is it that I have proof and she doesn’t?" He is due in court over the matter on 25 February (10).
Lohan was previously accused of breaking the terms of his restraining o= rder by contacting Muller in November (09). Meanwhile, Lohan accused Mull= er of kicking him in the head during a heated argument later that month, = but the case was dismissed earlier this month (Jan10).

PETE DOHERTY’s film-maker friend ROBYN WHITEHEAD, who passed away on Sund= ay (24Jan10), didn’t take drugs before her death, according to a pal.
Whitehead, a member of the Goldsmith family dynasty, was discovered dea= d at an east London apartment by Doherty’s musician friend Peter Wolfe, w= ho lives at the property.
Police announced on Thursday (28Jan10) that a post mortem examination w= as inconclusive and officials are now awaiting the results of toxicology = tests before they can determine the cause of death.
But Wolfe has come to the defence of Whitehead following reports the 27= year old passed away from a suspected drug overdose, insisting they only= drank tea the night before she died.
He says, "We were drinking lovely Twinings teas. She had not done drugs= that night. She did not have a drugs problem. I would be surprised if it= was not prescription drugs. On Saturday we were up late. We just fell as= leep. She had her own room and bed made up.
"I suppose I went to give her coffee about four in the afternoon. She w= as not responding and I tried to wake her up. I thought maybe she needed = to sleep on. I let her sleep and some time later, there she was - that’s = when I called the ambulance." Meanwhile, Doherty is allegedly facing questioning over her death amid = reports he was with Whitehead and Wolfe the night before she died.
A statement from the rocker, released through his spokesperson, said he= was "shocked and saddened" by the tragedy.
