TRAVOLTA’S FAITH HELPED HIM SURVIVE JETT TRAGEDY
JOHN TRAVOLTA has credited his Scientology beliefs with helping him cope = after the tragic death of his son JETT.
The actor and his wife Kelly Preston were devastated when the 16 year o= ld died suddenly after suffering a seizure during a family holiday in the= Bahamas last January (09).
And the Pulp Fiction star, who is a longtime member of the Scientology = community, admits he has relied heavily on his faith to help him heal.
He tells the Associated Press, "We work hard every day with our church = on healing. And Kelly and I and (our daughter) Ella have all been working= very hard and they’ve been helping us." Travolta insists it was Scientology which helped him return to the spot= light, adding, "Once you get yourself stable, then you’re able to reach o= ut again, you know, and I think this whole year every day we’ve been work= ing on stabilising ourselves and it’s been successful so far."
