Rocker SERJ TANKIAN has ruled out a full SYSTEM OF A DOWN reunion, insist= ing the group remains on an indefinite hiatus - despite reports to the co= ntrary.

Moviemaker BAZ LUHRMANN will show off his artistic skills when he paints = a new mural on a hotel wall in Mumbai, India.
The director has teamed up with fellow Australia Vincent Fantauzzo for = the project at Le Sutra hotel.
Le Sutra is India’s first art hotel and was created by a number of top = designers, who each worked on individual rooms.
Fantauzzo won the Archibald Art Prize for his portrait of Heath Ledger.=

OZZY OSBOURNE has wrecked fans’ hopes for another BLACK SABBATH reunion, = insisting the group is like an ex-girlfriend he no longer wants to date.

Top designer ALEXANDER MCQUEEN has hired TYRA BANKS’ protege as the face = of his spring/summer 2011 collection.
Nicole Fox, who won Bank’s reality contest America’s Next Top Model las= t year (09), will feature on print and multi-media ads for the Brit.
She’s the first Top Model winner to land an international campaign.

Actress-turned-U.S. TV personality ROSIE O’DONNELL is struggling to live = life to the full - because she didn’t expect to be alive in her 40s.
The A League of Their Own star’s mother died when she was young and O’D= onnell felt sure she too was destined for an early grave, so she packed e= verything into her first 40 years and then stepped back from the spotligh= t.
During an appearance on Oprah in America on Monday (25Jan10) she reveal= ed, "As a child I never thought I would live past 40, because my mother d= idn’t, and my goal was to do everything I could before I was 40 and then = retire and wait for the doctor to say, ‘You’re gonna die’.
"So every year I get my mammogram and every year they say, ‘You’re fine= ,’ and I go, ‘Would you squish it a little harder, are you sure?’ They’re= like, ‘Y’know, I think you’re gonna live’.
"So I had to make a plan for what to do."

Former figure skater-turned-reality TV star NANCY KERRIGAN’s brother has = pleaded not guilty to assaulting the pair’s father just moments before he= dropped dead.
Police found Daniel Kerrigan, 70, unconscious in the kitchen of the fam= ily’s Stoneham, Massachusetts home on Sunday (24Jan10) after receiving an= emergency call reporting a "sudden death".
Mark Kerrigan, 45, was arrested amid allegations he attacked his dad fo= llowing an argument.
He appeared in Woburn District Court on Monday (26Jan10) and was arraig= ned on suspicion of assault and battery on an elderly person and causing = serious bodily injury.
Mark, who previously served in the U.S. Army, pleaded his innocence, an= d his bail was set at $10,000 (=C2=A36,250).
Kerrigan had been living in the basement of his parents’ home after ser= ving time in jail for assault and battery-related charges.
Daniel Kerrigan’s cause of death is unknown, pending autopsy results. (=

Former child star GARY COLEMAN has been released from a Utah jail after a= llegedly attacking his wife SHANNON in a weekend dispute.
The Diff’rent Strokes star was arrested and jailed on Sunday (24Jan10) = after police were called to his home, but no criminal charges were filed.
Upon arriving at the home, police located a misdemeanour failure to app= ear warrant for Coleman from an unrelated occurrence and took him into cu= stody.
The actor was arrested and his bail was set at $1,725 (=C2=A31,080). He= was released on Monday (25Jan10) and is scheduled to appear for a court = hearing on 8 February (10).

DENNIS HOPPER’s fifth wife has accused the star of allegedly threatening = to kill her and smoking pot in front of their six-year-old daughter, acco= rding to legal papers.
The 73-year-old actor filed for divorce from Victoria Duffy, citing irr= econcilable differences, earlier this month (Jan10).

BONANZA and TRAPPER JOHN, M.D. star PERNELL ROBERTS has died at his home = in California, aged 81.
The Georgia native, who played Adam Cartwright in Bonanza, started his = acting career onstage in New York.
He moved to Hollywood and kicked off a film career opposite Sophia Lore= n in Desire Under The Elms in 1958.
But Roberts really made his name on TV, appearing in hit shows like The= Rockford Files, The Streets of San Francisco, Baretta, The Six Million D= ollar Man, Cannon, Ironside and Mission: Impossible.
He was in Bonanza from 1959 to 1965, and he started portraying Dr. ‘Tra= pper’ John McIntyre from 1979.
His life was marred by tragedy when his only son, Chris, was killed in = a motorcycle crash in 1989.

BRITNEY SPEARS has been given permission to auction off her 2008 MTV Vide= o Music Awards dress to raise cash for the Haiti earthquake relief effort= ..
During a two-hour conservatorship update meeting with Los Angeles Super= ior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz on Friday (22Jan10), Spears’ request to= sell off the silver gown was granted.
The court also granted her father, Jamie, authority to get rid of cloth= ing and property that was used during last year’s Circus tour. The items = are described as being "valueless" and occupying several storage containe= rs.
No other changes to the conservatorship agreement have been announced.

Aussie pop star PETER ANDRE is planning a major tribute to the man who he= lped start his career - by recording a new version of MICHAEL JACKSON’s S= HE’S OUT OF MY LIFE.
Andre became a huge star in the mid-1990s after Jackson picked him to o= pen Australian concerts.
The late pop superstar actually judged a New Faces talent show Down Und= er, on which a teenage Andre performed Jackson 5 tune I Want You Back.
Back then, the singer’s routine included a big tribute to the King of P= op - and Andre is going back to his roots in 2010, performing Jackson’s h= its on tour and even recording his favourite tune for a new album.
The song is one of five ballads Andre has recorded for his Unconditiona= l Love Songs, which is due for release next week (01Feb10).

ARCTIC MONKEYS and KASABIAN have landed six nominations apiece for Britai= n’s 2010 NME Awards.
