GIBSON HIT WITH FELONY CITATION OVER CRASH
R&B singer/actor TYRESE GIBSON is contesting a traffic citation which acc= uses him of leaving the scene of a car crash earlier this month (04Jan10)= ..
Gibson was involved in a collision with Sheena McCreary in Miami, Flori= da, and both parties gave their information to the police before leaving = in a taxi together.
But on Monday (25Jan10), both Gibson and McCreary were issued felony ci= tations for "leaving the scene on public or private property," according = to TMZ.com.
Gibson’s lawyers, Jayne Weintraub and Jon Sale, are fighting the charge= , insisting the star followed protocol by filing a report with cops.
The attorneys filed papers on Thursday (18Jan10) entering a not guilty = plea on their client’s behalf.
