MILIAN SUED OVER DOG ATTACK
CHRISTINA MILIAN is facing legal action from an 81-year-old neighbour, wh= o alleges the R&B singer’s dog brutally attacked him in 2008.
Leo Skolion filed legal papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court ear= lier this month (Jan10), claiming the Dip It Low hitmaker is responsible = for negligence and causing the attack which left him with "severe persona= l injuries".
In the documents, Skolion explains he approached Milian to discuss her = home’s "flooding problems", which allegedly left a gate between their pro= perties damaged.
But he alleges one of the star’s dogs escaped and took "a huge chunk" o= ut of the back of his arm, leaving him in need of 19 stitches.
Skolion claims he is still receiving psychiatric help for depression an= d fear as a result of the attack.
He is suing Milian, as well as her mum, Carmen, and sister, Danielle, f= or an undisclosed amount, according to TMZ.com.
