Pop sensation KE$HA has shattered LADY GAGA’s week-old airplay record in = America.
Lady GaGa beat Leona Lewis’ 18-month-old record of 10,665 radio plays i= n a week when her Bad Romance topped Billboard’s Pop Songs chart last wee= k (ends22Jan10), but Ke$ha’s TiK ToK, which has been America’s number one= hit for the past five weeks, scored 11,224 spins in seven days to claim = a new record.
The top four on the airplay chart are all women - Ke$ha, Lady GaGa, Lew= is and Pink - with Timbaland and OneRepublic’s Apologize completing the c= urrent top five.
